Very nice hotel, with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, with free shuttle service to the nearest beach. Well air conditioned rooms and great food. In the evening a panoramic view of Forio. Very characteristic island of Ischia

I had a great time, excellent food, clean rooms, very courteous staff, I will gladly return, a greeting to Mr. Giovanni and Mrs. Domenica. it would take a drying rack in the rooms on the terrace to hang out the swimsuits after rinsing them, which I have not found

Press release 3 days before departure, therefore a non-modifiable choice. Unfortunately, in Italy, an "official" star should be removed from almost all hotels, as a general rule. Despite having, in the end, spent an acceptable week, the structure is in need of a radical renovation. The staff, fairly helpful, saved the day. The catering is sufficient, some flaws and something good, let's say average.

Not a 4 star hotel Poor breakfast with low standard products, lunch and dinner always serve you salad the menu consisted of vegetables and always repetitive, dirty rooms with ants in the room the bathroom smelled awful, old furniture non-working fridge , the poorly functioning and dirty swimming pool, the dirty non-functioning spa center and finally drinks with added dyes, and finally, the not very serious manager I forgot some gift bags I called the structure to have everything sent to me at my expense .... him he did not answer me.

I don't usually give 2 stars, but these are what this place really deserves. I don't know how he got 4 on paper. Starting from the beginning, at the moment of check in, we see a manager make an unpleasant joke: "please be good otherwise I have to call mom and dad to scold you" [edit we are a couple of 30 years old, military]. Undecided whether to scold him or feel flattered by having made us younger, we begin our "adventure" worthy of the most squalid summer camp with the parish: happy hour made of draft drinks dispensed from machines supplied to the canteens, in plastic cups, impossibility connection to WiFi in the structure with the exception of very few points (and no, forget it in the rooms). Wall view room (in the booking we asked for a sea view), with non-extinguishing soundproofing, (the rudeness of the people is not the fault of the hoteliers) we postpone; unequal trea**ent in the dining room by the "maitre d '?" on the arrangement, favoring some people, moving them near the windows with the sea view (obviously we have not detached ourselves from the center). Discreet food, with neither infamy nor praise. Buffet breakfast (queue for the famous hot and cold drink machines) and not even the shadow of allergen labels on food. Possibility of access to the outdoor pool freely, obviously the director did not see when the typical families thought it was their private pool, with noises, dives and even mats and donuts that occupied half the pool (yes, I forgot that we youngsters had to rest assured that we only used discretion and education in asking ourselves). An applause goes to the cleaning lady: impeccable. A point in favor certainly goes to the waiters, very kind and helpful guys. After all, I would like to advise from the bottom of my age, my educational qualification (master's degree in languages at the service of our country) and my education, to treat people the same way and that if you are conditioned by knowledge and / or prejudices. .. Change jobs

The hotel is nice, but poorly maintained. For me it is not worth 4 stars but 2. There is no music so it is not suitable for families with children in fact there is nothing apart from a poorly maintained pool and not at all hygienized. The food is decent based on the quality price. Our waiter Alessandro was friendly and very polite. The structure needs to be managed in a different way, perhaps with more cordial ways by the manager.
