This hotel was excellent. Great value and location. Luigi from reception was also great helping us when we left belongings to the extent of bringing them to the port in Forio and putting them on the next ferry back to Napoli for us. Could not recommend the hotel enough.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Location is in a relatively quiet part of the island (Forio) but there are plenty of restaurants and beaches nearby. The staff were super friendly and the room was a great size. Quiet, clean and charming. What more could you want?

Second time I this hotel, amazing experience like last time. Stuff it's very helpful, breakfast amazing, I love they cakes. We enjoyed rooftop with jacuzzi and inside pool. The only thing that I don't like it's that I have to leave. See you soon definitely coming back.

We stayed at Hotel Nettuno on our trip to Ischia. We booked it because it had nice reviews, therefore we booked the superior suit. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. First of all, the service was rather poor, with not so helpful staff. The cleaning was mediocre, there was only soap, and no other cosmetic products offered, the soap was not even refilled. Second, breakfast was included, however, there were poor choices and it was not replenished, so if you ate late breakfast there were a lot of empty plates. It would have been nice with some local products, not just the cheapest bread and cheese. To summarize, we were disappointed and it could have been so much better with just a few changes, like helpful staff, more local products like cosmetics and food that is of high quality on Ischia.

The staff was very kind, caring and helpful. The hotel looks very good, modern. The Italian decor is stunning. Fully air conned & clean. Luigi was the best, made me feel welcome. Really organised and helped with transport, activities and food. The location is next to the forio port, restaurant and beaches.

Ho soggiornato presso l’hotel Nettuno per circa una settimana, a fine agosto. La camera era carina, pulita, funzionale, il personale collaborativo, la posizione comoda per girare l’isola. È vero, la colazione non è un gran che e non viene rifornita dopo una certa ora, ma si rimedia facilmente con uno dei molti bar di Forio.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per la prima volta, ed e' stata una piacevole sorpresa, ottima posizione, belle stanze, e personale molto gentile una bella colazione con torte fatte in casa, poi all'ultimo piano ha un solarium con una vasca idromassaggio da dove si ammirano tramonti da sogno. Se si condidera poi la vicinanza al mare sembra di stare in spiaggia.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre, avec belle terrasse sur le toit… malheureusement pas de piscine. Petit déjeuner très bien avec du choix Chambre pas moderne mais confortable et propre L’hôtel est a proximité des commerces et à 2 km des termes
