We booked, via AeroVacante agency, a double bed room with see view and balcony, and we get a multiroom acces terase instead of a private balcony, facing hotel roof. You could see far away the see! See photos! Cleanness was good-as it should be-food was horrible and not fresh prepared, restaurant was in fact a noisy canteen! Hotel location was on the hill, you have to walk a steep road to it(or downhill).

The hotel and its price is perfect for a 3 star hotel. The crew was nice, friendly and professional. Location is not perfect, since it is bit far from Forio center, and Forio's roads and sidewalks are not so safety for a walk, especially with a 4yo kid, thus we had to catch a bus (however the Hotel has a shuttle to the beach of Citara). You can have a room seaview, even if the hotel not on the seaside. All in all you will get what you expect.

Really super pleasant 6-day stay clean and comfortable room excellent services the helpful and super kind staff The maitre Nicola what can I say simply fantastic I am lactose intolerant he made breakfast a really pleasant and greedy moment for me by making me have really excellent lactose-free products We recommend strongly recommend spending your holidays here in this hotel you will never want to leave Thanks to the waiters to the housekeepers to the bar managers and to Valeria del Bar who really pampered us Bye Imerial see you soon!!!!

The pool area is large and functional with an adjacent bar area at reasonable prices. Meal area: very diversified breakfast in the sweet area, little choice in the savory area. The trays are always replenished. I have no experience with lunch having always eaten out. Dinner: large buffet of raw and cooked vegetables, well presented and of good quality. The menu always offers 3 first courses, 3 second courses and fruit and/or desserts. Right portions and good quality. The structure has parking and a shuttle service to the nearby Citara beach. We stayed for a few days at this really well-kept property. Rich in well-kept greenery with the many colors of summer. The outdoor and indoor pools are of thermal water, extremely well maintained. There is also a bar by the outdoor pool with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offers different courses from breakfast to dinner and the food is quite good. Unfortunately the staff, especially the female ones, are not very friendly, but luckily the very funny savior was there to serve us... Scented, clean and well-kept rooms. Great location for taking public transport and getting around... and there is a free shuttle that can take you to the beach in citara. The structure really pleasantly surprised us. It was a wonderful experience that we recommend.

We stayed in this property in the first week of July, we chose a room without a view (we only went to the room to sleep) not very large, but with all the comforts. The rooms are cleaned daily by precise and helpful staff. We chose full board and I must say we didn't regret it at all, given the prices on the coast (a tomato bruschetta €8.00), in fact fully satisfied with the hotel's catering. The guys in the room and the maitre d' are always smiling and available for every request. Applause goes to the chef who won us over with his simple dishes with fresh ingredients. The first courses of the day are freshly cooked and never overcooked, in the evening the parmigiana is never heavy despite being made as tradition dictates (BREADED AND FRIED). We also made use of the wellness center, our mud cycle done by Mrs. Antonietta was regenerating, she was punctual and attentive to our every need and deserves all our gratitude for the work done. We stayed in the last 2 weeks of May and were thrilled from every point of view. The hotel is beautiful and the gardens and swimming pools are lovely. Very convenient location to reach every location on the island using both public transport that stops outside the hotel and with the scooter that is delivered directly to the hotel. All the staff proved to be very friendly and helpful, in particular Mrs. Claudia and the managers of the spa depar**ent - Antonietta and Caterina, as well as all the dining room staff who unexpectedly served us an extra dose of kindness during meals.
