We stayed in this hotel for two nights and immediately encountered problems. Upon entering the room, located on a very steep slope, we noticed poor hygiene and cleanliness both in terms of the bathroom (in particular the toilet which was yellow), and in terms of dust and hair in the room, on the bed and on the bedside tables. The sheets as well as the towels were not clean at all, in fact they were stained and worn. The phone was broken, there was a burning smell when it was turned on, and only after numerous recalls was it repaired.
As for breakfast, it is poor and the quality of the food is poor.
The staff is not qualified as well as the cleaning ladies.
Pools with greenish water.
Horrible experience.
I don't know how they have 3 stars, and I don't even know whether to call it a hotel.

The reception was very bad! Neither friendly nor professional staff. The waiters were very kind but the reception was listless and unprepared, so much so as not to show us the services of the structure and even less the rooms. The hotel is absolutely not as it appears in the photos, in reality it is old and dirty. Upon our arrival (standard room) we found the air conditioner not working, stained sheets and towels, shower not working (or only hot or only cold), bidet not present in the room. We paid for a standard room but received an economy (if not worse) without the possibility of changing because there are no other rooms available. The only positive note is the strategic position of the hotel which allows you to easily reach the most beautiful places and beaches of Ischia. Not quality breakfast, just sweet! Coffee only made from barley .. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

La settimana più brutta della mia vita..😭😭😭😭 premetto che abbiamo usufruito di un offerta ma in tutta la mia vita non mi è mai capitato una situazione di m** più della m**del genere… Vengo ad Ischia dall età dell adolescenza con i miei genitori e abbiamo girato parecchi hotel dal 3 stelle al 5 stelle+lusso… ma quello ke ho visto in questa struttura è un grande Schifo, dalle stanze, pulizia zero sotto zero, personale da far arrestare letteralmente. Non venite non prenotate non fatevi imbrogliare dal prezzo e dalle offerte di qst grande schifezza di struttura. Ps: in tutto questo sto scrivendo ancora chiusa qui in questo incubo di stanza dopo aver avuto un bruttissimo attacco di panico. Non vedo l ora venga domani x prendere traghetto e andare via

Sono appena tornata da una settimana di vacanza in questa struttura e tutto sommato è sufficiente, anche se la posizione in cui si trova è molto lontana dalle zone di movida e di shopping, soprattutto da Ischia Porto che dista circa 50 minuti di pullman. In compenso è vicina alla baia di Sorgeto e Sant'Angelo (che consiglio di visitare). C'è a disposizione una navetta ad orari prestabiliti (fino al massimo alle 22) che porta fino alla fermata dell'autobus e ahimè al ritorno, sia dal mare che di sera, c'è una discesa bella lunga da fare a piedi per arrivare all'hotel e questo secondo me è un grande punto di svantaggio. Per quanto riguarda le camere la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, mai pulito un balcone secondo me da mesi, e la pulizia della doccia inesistente (trovavo i capelli che avevo lasciato il giorno prima!). Per concludere l'hotel è strutturato in vari edifici con le varie camere, e ahimè, mi è capitata la camera in fondo a tutto e per arrivare al ristorante o alla reception o solo per uscire dal villaggio c'era da fare una salita molto ripida e stancante. Come detto all'inizio tutto sommato non è malissimo, ma andrebbero riviste parecchie cose.

Siamo stati una settimana a mezza pensione. la settimana più brutta di tutta la vita a partire dallo staff arrogante e maleducato per continuare con la pulizia che non sanno nemmeno cosa vuol dire, asciugamani messi ad asciugare e rimessi nelle camere, lenzuola cambiati dopo 4 giorni sotto richiesta e formiche dappertutto; e per finire con il cibo sempre uguale anzi ti danno le cose avanzate del giorno prima come antipasto. Un hotel che non consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico.

La posizione eccellente, la struttura ha bisogno di essere tenuta con maggiore cura nella pulizia, camere decadenti, bagni con calcare incrostato e climatizzatore rumoroso. Nelle stanze non c'è wifi e segnale per internet. Il personale è gentile e accogliente ma non può sopperire alla gestione della struttura che mostra parecchie lacune. Nota positiva il bar della piscina che offre una buona alternativa al ristorante con menù tipo mensa.. Non ci tornerei

Da cosa iniziare personale scortese, una mini piscina, animazione inesistente,pulizia deludente e per finire spesso piatti e posate erano sporchi, l' unica nota positiva il bar a bordo piscina il barista molto disponibile e vino con le "percoche"buono
