Les + : -le kid's club et sa formidable équipe -le buffet dinatoire varié et excellent -la patinoire offerte -les animations du soir dans l'hotel Les points négatifs: -l'accueil déplorable à la réception (il est 15h50 on me répond "allez vous rasseoir il n'est pas 16h votre chambre n'est pas prête alors que les deux familles devant nous on récupérer leur chambre). -la mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres (nous entendons chaque robinet et douche de la chambre du dessus). Autrement nous sommes très satisfait du lieu et de l'équipe, nous reviendrons car c'est idéal en famille

Lovely, laid-back vibe with something for everyone. You see many multi-generational families, from babies to grandparents and everything in between. For the kids, lots of sports to suit every age: bouncy castle and playground for the smallest, football pitch, beach volleyball, pitch and putt, tennis court, swimming pool, playroom with table tennis, even a library ! Food is buffet style, even vegetarians are fairly well catered for by French standards. As for improvements, I would suggest to train the staff to speak English (only the reception does) more vegetarian food, and to freshen up the carpets and decor in the common areas. All in all, a great place for active extended families.

Accueil parfait, personnel très très très agréable (j'insiste là dessus) Petit déjeuner tout à fait complet (sucré comme salé et pour tous les goûts) Pour les activités, nous avons testé la plupart : - Mini golf faisable mais à entretenir - Certains vélo non entretenu (pédale cassée ou vélo sans chaînes) - Practice, Tennis, Padel, Spa, baby foot TB Au niveau de la chambre elle était très grande et très propre, le seul problème est que notre fenêtre est du côté livraison de marchandise et donc le bruit, des chariots, des palettes, des machines et autre, dès 5-6h du matin étaient difficile à accepter pour un endroit fait pour le repos, le bien-être

Chambre mal entretenue avec salle de bain insalubre (voir photos) carrelage au sol cassé et dangereux, moisissures, évacuation douteuse, etc…. et pour la chambre ménage moyen, trous dans abat jour de la lampe, leds de tête lit grillé sur la moitié, et encore une bouilloire pour le café. En bref hôtel classer 4 étoiles alors qu’il en mérite même pas 2, équipements et propreté inférieur à un hôtel ibis, inadmissible pour ce tarif.
