Logis - Hôtel et Restaurant le Sofhotel

We stopped at Forges les Hauts, coming from Beauvais, because of the storm, happy to be able to find a hotel open at 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the satisfaction was short-lived... We had to change rooms, the one allocated to us smelled of tobacco. The bed is very uncomfortable, the bedding is not the best, you can feel the springs. Floor despite the carpet, noisy. Room not soundproofed. Bathroom, basic and not very clean. The person at reception received us, without a mask... In short, if we had to do it again, we would move on!

Very surprised by the comments. The hotel in no way corresponds to the services advertised. Hotel in its original state, 80s, without renovation. Room reserved for 4 uncomfortable and ugly (pink beige non-woven paper, old decor): very poor quality double bed, sofa bed as a bed for the other 2 people (foam mattress thickness 12 cm max), duvets in poor condition questionable cleanliness. Cold room, no heating ("the technician has not yet come to start them up"). A bath towel for four, we had to ask for one (a shame). Bathroom with only one working spotlight and half a roll of one-ply toilet paper (!!). Rooms not soundproofed (fortunately it was quiet). Suffice it to say that the night was not at all restful, with the added bonus of a major back pain! Luckily, we did not want to have breakfast (if the service is equal to the rest...). Unsecured parking since the code barrier does not work (and not lit). The hotel boasts a SPA and a fitness room, we are still looking (although, if it is as good as the rest...). Be careful, access to the city center is not direct, the level crossing to access it is closed and this requires making a detour (1.6km to get to Domaine de Forges). I rarely leave negative reviews on the establishments I frequent, but this is truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For 90 euros per night, go your way!

Nous avons eu une place à l'hôtel, même si nous sommes arrivés à l'improviste et très tard un dimanche soir. Couple/famille d'accueil très sympathiques qui ont été très utiles en ce qui concerne nos problèmes avec notre voiture/transport et ne savaient donc pas combien de temps nous restions et avions besoin d'aide pour commander un taxi. De bons lits, des chambres calmes et un bon petit déjeuner - et un bon prix. Recommandable.

Chambre minuscule et sol très grinçant , j’avais peur que ça s’écroule tellement le sol bouge sous nos pieds.. cheveux retrouvé dans le lit et couette très sale (pas de housse) !! Le personnel ne m’a même pas demandé comment s’est passé mon séjour. Normal ils savent déjà. Pourtant l’hôtel a du potentiel , c’est du gâchis! Et puis bien trop cher pour ce que c’est ! Il y a un super hôtel moins cher à côté. Sauf urgence, fuyez!
