Holiday Inn Express Windsor Sonoma Wine Country

Room is really nice great water pressure in shower, balcony super cute love it , was alittle surprised to see the microwave wasn't wiped down all the way clean but other then that great , gym room really small but has elliptical treadmill and bench with hand weights, hot tub is indoors so eventhoigh its raining i can enjoy it .

I liked it was pretty much by itself. The only other building was the bowling alley Nd i dudnt hear anything.

We arrived around 3ish in the afternoon. There was no one at the check-in desk, however there was a hand written note on the counter saying back in 5 minutes. He did come back to check us in but he seemed somewhat disoriented. When we got to our room on the 3 floor, neither of the 2 keys he gave us worked. When we went back down to have it fixed, he indicated that maybe we just don't know how to use the keys. Very insulting and no offer of apology for HIS mistake. Our room was very dirty, The bathroom floor was totally sticky. Avery bad experience overall.

This place was clean and friendly. It’s in a cute location. A bowling alley right next to the hotel and 3 min from 3 breweries. Also a nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay

Chose this hotel because of it's high ratings and my spouse & I wanted to be centrally located in Northern Sonoma County wine country. Wanted a more economical place so we could spend our money on wine & restaurants. Room 215 has a king sz bed & a good size balcony overlooking the pool. In March, it was a little too cold to use it. We never saw or made it to the indoor hot tub, so I cannot comment on that. The included breakfast area was well maintained & offered the usual staples of food that satisfied us. The parking lot did appear small. The road to get out of the parking lot can be busy & difficult to turn left out of. Windsor was quaint & our dinner at Kin was good! Easy drive to Healsburg. The bowling alley next door was tempting, but we did not go.Cute candy store in town called Cravin's Candy Emporium is worth a visit, they have gelato too! I would stay here again.

Convenient and close to shopping; easy parking, has pool and gym, clean and staff was very nice and accommodating. Very helpful with my business needs.

Nice balcony (My favorite amenity) Light bulb was burned out, tub did not drain and walls were not sound proofed
