For being a Hilton I was disappointed showers aren’t very clean mildew. Bed bugs and when you complain to front desk they just shrugs and says so you want another room . Really!!! Called the Hilton corporate office and their customer service they are nonchalant about your complaint. Please stay far away from this place

Great Staff on check-in. Very friendly and thorough in explaining the process and how the deposit will be handled. Also, info about the breakfast. Area around the hotel was not fully developed and our room was just off a busy street.

Nice hotel for the value. Only issue was hotel was paid for in full thru ******* and upon check out was charged again for the room. When calling hotel spoke to Vanessa who was no help and told me to call *******. After half hour chatting with ******* they spoke to Vanessa who
On the next business day process the refund. With the exception of being hung up on by Vanessa everything else was fine.

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. Both times the staff is always so friendly. The breakfast was delicious (and they change the selection daily). The pool and hot tub were perfect.

The air conditioning unit was falling apart and tv wasn’t working fridge made noise other than that it was a good hotel the breakfast was delicious

Customer service was great from check in & out, breakfast was great with fresh fruits, i slept si good the mattress & pillows were wonderful. Everything very clear with friendly staff everyone saud hello. We will return.
