這家酒店就是民房開的，環境很差，衞生間一直有臭味，房間很潮濕。拖鞋很薄很薄。早餐就幾個菜，很差很差 沒法吃。不知道哪來的信心賣420的。如下圖就餐環境。

這家明珠酒店是我住的這麼多酒店最最最差的，衞生真是令人擔憂，就是個民宿，起個酒店名字，裏面走廊窄的兩個人不能並排走，一樓還是個KTV，晚上鬼哭狼嚎的，吵死了，住了一晚上不知道是什麼蟲子咬的全身都是疙瘩，真不知道好評是那來的。窗户外面還設計個消防樓梯，晚上想開窗通風都開不成，真實奇葩，千萬不要上當受騙了。

我們的房間在8樓，衞生條件不錯，就是半夜有點味兒；熱水供應挺好的，但涼水水壓略顯不足，影響洗漱；周圍環境不錯，距離老街步行過座橋就到了。可能受建築面積影響，作為賓館樓道略顯挾窄，樓梯有點陡峭，8樓梯口防火門檻有些高，沒有警示標誌，緊急情況下可能傷人。逃生通道至室外鐵懸梯，也很陡峭，注意夜間照明設定。

客房位置很方便，離老街很近，交通便利，房間設施很好，孩子挺喜歡，大落地窗方便欣賞對面的景色，客房人員態度非常熱情，給與我們外地遊客很多幫助！旁邊還有游泳池挺不錯！下回來還會選擇明珠大酒店🏨！

原本預訂沒有太大預期，但到了之後很驚喜，設施很新，房間乾淨，整潔，還有電梯，酒店洗澡水也大，布草乾淨衞生讓人放心，卧具舒適，酒店位置好離老街近，酒店早餐也很有當地特色，米皮，豆漿，糯玉米都非常非常好，還有當天特色炕炕饃，…還有炒菜小菜煮雞蛋，油條，反正我們很喜歡😍，酒店服務也很好，前台提供租車的電話號碼，很靠譜，當地民風淳樸…熱情，…佛坪當地空氣不是一般的好，…空氣是甜的，清風佛麪很温柔，會想念的小鎮，會再來的酒店…佛坪明珠酒店🤗😊👍👍

房間很乾凈，距離老街也近，老闆人非常好，看到我帶了長者還給升級了房間，到高鐵站時因為叫的車臨時來不了了，老闆還親自到高鐵站來接的我們，祝福老闆生意興隆，財源廣進！

房間乾淨整潔，有落地陽台，休息時可以邊喝茶邊看外面的風景，從窗户可以直接看到遠處的山，清晨雲霧繚繞。

不得不説酒店早餐備有當地的最具有特色麪的皮，味道很好，端午節附近還有粽子和蜂蜜提供。"
地理位置：
坐落於佛坪體育館北側，這就不得不説下旁邊的體育館了，裏面的籃球場館居然是免費進入的，對我這種體育愛好者非常友好。還有就是距離老街600米左右，吃飯非常方便。酒店前邊就是佛坪縣的主河道，水非常清澈，天熱了下午去玩玩水也是非常不錯的體驗。
清潔衞生：
