Panda Forest Hotel

The hotel staff was very good. They found a tour guide for us after learning the purpose of our trip. The hotel is located in the scenic area. It is a very unique experience. There is room for improvement in the room facilities.

I really like all the panda-related items in the hotel and the doorplates with the four treasures of Qinling Mountains. The floor heating is really comfortable, and the bed is also warm. The mattress is hard, so those who like to sleep on soft beds have to compromise, but the warm quilt is so comfortable! The hotel staff are very kind. If there is anything that can be improved, the electric water heater can be updated. Now it can only provide hot water for 30 minutes, and then it needs to be heated for another half an hour before use. In addition, I encountered a small ant in the room. I guess small insects may come in summer. The surrounding natural environment is so good that I think it is normal to have some small animals. In short, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. It would be better if the canteen had some self-heating hot pot. I am a little tired of eating in the restaurant after staying for a few more days.

I traveled a long way with my kids to see the golden monkeys and pandas, and this time my wish came true. It was snowing outside, but the hotel was warm as spring. The floor heating and various facilities were better than expected, clean and hygienic. Great stay experience! The room is great and the surrounding environment is great! Special thanks to Ms. Xu from the hotel for her enthusiasm and care. Because the road was icy, we were late to the hotel. Ms. Xu was always worried and called us to drive carefully. She waited until midnight when we arrived safely and arranged our room before going to rest. It was very heartwarming! When I left, my gloves were left in the room. Ms. Xu found them and sent them to me immediately. I was very touched. I will definitely go again when I have a vacation!

How to say it, overall it's ok, but the breakfast is too ordinary.

It was raining when I booked the room for this trip. I thought the house in the mountains would be quite humid and the facilities would be average. I didn't expect that it was not humid at all after I arrived. The scenery was beautiful and the temperature was suitable. The food was delicious, especially the rich breakfast. Families with babies can rest assured to choose this. I would like to mention that the service attitude is really good.
