Hôtel Mercure Paris Val de Fontenay

Very good. We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and close to the RER

The facilities are ok but the management is a mess. I brought my credit card to guarantee the reservation and paid by swiping my card at the front desk. When I checked out, the front desk asked me to pay for the room. I informed me that I had already paid when I checked in. After leaving the hotel, I actually used the card guaranteed by Ctrip to deduct the room fee for two nights. It's like deducting it twice. (If you accidentally swipe your card during check-out, you will have to pay three times!) I contacted Ctrip to handle it. The customer service was very responsible in helping me communicate with the hotel. The hotel's reply was very slow. I spent two days waiting for the reservation and finance department to confirm, and they came back and said they only had to pay. A payment was deducted? ! Then I submitted the credit card deduction record and found the credit card receipt. Only then did the other party admit that the charge was too much and offered a refund. However, due to the exchange rate difference before and after the credit card's Euros were converted into U.S. dollars, there was an inexplicable loss. Fortunately, Ctrip was very helpful and helpful. I didn't expect Mercure's management to be so chaotic. I would never recommend it. This hotel is quite far from the Little Paris attractions, and the RER a is often crowded. The hotel in District Five where we stayed for the next few days was convenient for going anywhere.

The hotel is generally good. There is a shopping mall next to it which is quite convenient. Also next to the subway station.
