非常奇葩的酒店，房間裏一整個臭味！！火車線就在酒店邊上，呼嘯而過的火車聲音，日夜都得hold住。最最最奇葩的就是，2000多一個晚上的酒店，空調是不能自己調節的，開個空調調節個空調温度你還得打電話去前台，讓他們幫你操作，跟個審批似的！！簡直就是太滑稽了！！

The receptionist was very kind but manager not to be seen….the superior rooms not as on the website. Despite asking for another room….the A/C still didn’t work and the bathroom smelled like sewer. We ask for manager through reception 3 times to help fix but he’s no where around (apparently at the “beach bar working”) ….finally at midnight we decide to open door to patio as it’s cooler outside than in and we don’t sleep because of train noise, birds and bugs! Next morning….still no response from manager when told he would be in at 9:30…had booked a 2nd night and tried to switch rooms for a 3rd time for better A/C but it still didn’t work! Very strange place with only one other couple seen at breakfast. At 11am, still no manager or offer for compensation. Tired of wasting time sitting around waiting for manager to show…. so we left. Received email saying manager giving us half price for “our issue” 1st night but still had to pay full price for 2nd night despite wanting to cancel and stay somewhere we could sleep! Terrible, tacky, not as pictured and definitely wouldn’t recommend! Manager needs to learn what customer service is and respond! Don’t waste your money!

Well this a very good hotel. We had two very relaxing days between Florens and Rome. A bit off season, pool area was close but no problem. Very good breakfast and service. We can strongly recommened. Our only problem was getting there from Albinia. Well the busdriver stopped without a busstop! We had very bad internet two days, but suddenly it worked very good? And a VERY nice gardwn, woaw.

It could have been pretty good but there were some issues. For one, we really don't appreciate having to step around dog turds around the pool and outdoor dining area. That is disgusting as are the dog owners who cause it. I understand these people probably have mental health issues so perhaps the hotel should stop allowing dogs all over the property, especially where people are dining. That said, we appreciate the sincere efforts of the grounds keeper to maintain the property. He does an excellent job and it's not his fault that some of these dog owners are selfish and slovenly. The maid was also very good and kept the room in pristine condition. Also, nobody mentioned that there would be loud music playing until 11:30 pm right outside the rooms, so good luck getting to sleep if you need to get up early to travel. Finally, it is very easy to miss the exit to the hotel, it doesn't look like an exit until you are passing it, and if you do miss it, there is no turning around, you have to take a circuitous route all the way back and around the town which takes about 15 minutes. Summary, it could have been a pretty nice place, but it falls short due to management decisions and practices so we would not stay there again.

Probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in… 106. Lift to the left of me, car park to the right… here I am stuck in the middle with noise. Air con is on request only and they turned it off at 3 manually at reception. Pool area and breakfast were nice. Be careful… it’s right in the main motorway and railway line

Davvero un bel posto. Abbiamo trovato per caso questo hotel e ne siamo rimasti sorpresi. Camera grande, vicinissimo al mare, parcheggio comodo e personale super disponibile e molto attento. Qualche miglioramento si potrebbe fare sulla colazione, ma bene così.

Una serie di problemi gestionali che hanno rovinato la nostra esperienza presso la struttura: Stanze con problemi di riscaldamento, 18 gradi in inverno. non viene proposta una soluzione se non dopo nostra richeista esplicita alle 22:30. spostati di camera Stanze senza refill di carta igienica se non dopo richiesta giornaliera di fornitura. Terzo letto senza alcune doghe, scoperto alle 23. dormito una notte con il materasso a terra. risposta dell'albergo: potevate chiamare il reperibile. Areatore di bagni, se funzionante con aspirazione minima. vi lascio immaginare. Le stenze erano collegate da un passaggio esterno, non coperto laterarlmente alla struttura del corpo centrale, dove si fa la colazione o dove sono le altre camere, immaginate se pioveva o se in inverno fa freddo (tipo 10gradi ed in piagiama vorresti portare qualcosa ai tuoi figli). Al checkout è stato NECESSARIO richiedere una adeguamento del prezzo invece di arrivare dalla direzione come scuse per i continui disagi. Struttura sconsigliata
