This hotel has complete facilities. The most important thing is that it is quiet. It is very quiet to sleep at night. There are restaurants and fast food like Pizza Hut just outside. There is an indoor swimming pool and a gym. The transportation is also very convenient. The mattress is not very soft.

My husband and I made reservations weeks in advance for valentines weekend. There was a mixup in my reservations a worker at the hotel canceled My reservations. The front desk staff is very rude unprofessional. Although Amanda was very helpful, it cost me extra 150.00 for their mistake.The district manager uncaring, seemed unconcerened about the staff and property.Ultimately do NOT RECOMMEND. Cigarette butts all throughout property, vomit on patio for two days, paper,trash, toilet not cleaned, had BM and urine.

I came here and was greeted by a older woman & a nice gentleman . They were very kind . They accommodated me for the room I wanted and made sure it was super clean . They have nice amenities it was clean and im satisfied I give this motel 6 a 5 stars

I really like staying at this hotel. The only one downfall is the continental breakfast is expensive. Not worth it at all. The pool is really large enough for multiple families to enjoy. The rooms can be upgraded. But overall it's nice to stay with fam.

Breakfast is not bad, breakfast in the United States is relatively simple, the breakfast of this hotel is quite complete in Western food, in addition to bread and other mashed potatoes with ham

Very nice hotel. It is without a doubt the best hotel that is around here. I love their deluxe rooms with the courtyard style patio. Very nice! Thier restraunt is also very nice!

This hotel is in a good location off I-10. We only stayed here as it was a convenient stopping point on our road trip to get to our next destination. The hotel is nice looking from the outside. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly. The room though, was dirty. There were food crumb on on the desk, below the desk, and on the desk chair. In the bath, there were several pillowcases left behind from somewhere. The toilet had not been cleaned properly. The shower doors are covered with soap scum and the shower itself has soap remnants, hair, and had also not been cleaned properly. I sure would not recommend this hotel and am baffled why anyone would. Unless you have low standards. Holiday Inn now seems to be the lowest class of hotels.

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. The breakfast was terrible and obviously covid has caused them to close down the bar and happy hour, and the pool. But the price did not go down. Sucks for us that got spoiled before covid. Everything else was great. Happy new year

I had a great time. I had just stood there 1 day and it was so clean, smelled clean, no problems at all. I'll be staying here while I'm in the area from now on
