Great hotel. Close by the freeway, convenient location with coffee shops and fast food nearby. Conveniently located with shops, department stores and supermarket. Very close.to Costco . Service is ok. Swimming pool is not available during my stay but it has a fitness room. Free self served breakfast with quite a few items, sausage and eggs, cereal, muffins and bread, oatmeal and waffles. Beverages including orange juice, apple juice, hot coffee, hot chocolate, and a variety of tea bags. Fruits are available. Room is clean with two alcohol wipes. Lots of outlets to plug any electronic devices.

Stayed here just one night with my bestie while we were in town for a friends birthday party. Friendly staff, quite & clean rooms, comfortable beds, within walking distance to a few shops and restaraunts. We didn't have time to use the amenities but the pool & gym looked like nice areas. Breakfast was about average with eggs, fruit, biscuits & gravy, and pastries. I would stay here again.

Great front counter staff. They were welcoming and made each customer feel as though they were at home. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were quiet, well kept, and well maintained. The free breakfast had a good variety for all tastes. Will definitely be returning.

I’m in Room 406. Large and spacious with a good-sized fridge with freezer. Sink, too. The bed is not up to The Hampton standards and needs to be replaced. The room has a weird smell, the toilet doesn’t fill with water to flush so I use the ice bucket to add (will address with management). The whole room is dark and dingy looking. I guess I was looking for a different experience. Okay for a night, but not four.

Website says EV charging is at this location, so I counted on that. Not true at all, I was shown ONE little 110V outlet outside, assuming I just happen to bring a charger with me. My emergency charger would have taken 3 days at that voltage! So my trip was ruined, instead of charging while I slept, I had to drive to a charger and wait. Needless to say, I'll never return.

Great location in a growing area, right off of the highway. Plenty of shops and restaurants in close proximity and about 20-25 minutes outside of downtown Sacramento. Open free parking. The staff is really nice and there is a breakfast each morning, two of which change daily. The rooms have mobile key entry and you choose your room prior to visiting. Nice size fitness center, also a pool. The King room is cozy with a small fridge. One small disappointment was that the on-screen channel guide does not match the actual channels.

Accommodations were perfect with everyone on the same floor. The pool and spa gave us and the kids a great break. Great location near old town Folsom. Front desk and housekeeping were helpful and appreciative.

I love to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Folsom because it's central location to all my favorite eateries and businesses. I love it here because I feel secure personally and with my equipment at this hotel.

Please do not let my rating discourage you from staying at this hotel or any other Hilton hotels because in general 90% of the times I must say they are great, this time I was so disappointed because specifically at this location they have really bod maintenance personnel or none, but the personnel cleaning the rooms were incredible and people at the front desk as well . Any hotel with such a poor maintenance personnel will start declining quickly and will lose business for sure.
