This is one of the hottest rooms I’ve ever experienced and it wasn’t even hot outside (had been raining). Windows open slightly, noisy fan provided, for some reason it was like the heating was on all over the building. I went outside to cool down. If you don’t mind not sleeping before a massive road trip to Europe then stay here but honestly it’s the worst premier inn I’ve stayed in.

Extremely hot room, with no cooling possibilities. No AC or window opening possibility, room temperture reached 35 degrees while outside temperature only 15-20 degrees.

The room looked good on first glance BUT no air conditioning, no opening window, no way to cool the room at all. As a result, we got no sleep at all, and the staff's attitude was "well we don't advertise air con and there's nothing we can do".

When we booked the rooms, it was advertised as having air conditioning. There was no air conditioning. Just an extra fan.

The location was good, the room was adequate but the food was very poor and the access to our room in view of my torn Achilles was unsympathetic as there were no available lift to our room.

Not great. Like too many Premier Inn hotels, it is designed to work well but is executed badly. Maintenance repairs show a 'that'll do' attitude. When something is missing or doesn't work it is expected that, instead of correcting the fault, customers should be completely satisfied with just an apology. Staff are not trained to treat the customers as their main priority.

Mark on reception did something that no other premier inn employee has ever done. Ever. In many years of travelling as a disabled couple staying in an accessible room….. he organised and brought to our room soy milk. Why does this matter? Well as a interabled couple that means as the one working body, I am expected to do all of the lifting, carrying, pushing, organising, doors, luggage etc as my tetraplegic husband can only just about manage to move himself over the carpets. So for someone to actually organise us some vegan milk rather than say, which is ALWAYS said “go and get it from the restaurant ask over there”. He didn’t, he not only got it, but brought it to our room. That man needs a medal! I felt supported as the carer who is constantly struggling. My husband felt his needs were being met by the premier inn. The next step would be to provide the option of soy/oat milk single portions for us to be able to have the freedom of choice. We pay the same as everyone else, give us vegan lactose intolerant folk an option. Again, mark on reception 14th July 2025 thanks Emma and Alex we appreciate you!

Rooms were far too hot to be comfortable. AC was not working but for some reason the rooms were about 10 degs hotter than the outside ambient temperature! As a result we couldn't sleep . Otherwise hotel would have been fine and friendly staff.
