These lot have got ANPR on thier carpark to generate more income, dont listen to the staff about a lame excuse you will be ok for 20 minute's as it s not true and you will get a ticket! you have been warned. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The young man on reception. I’m disabled and need extra help. He refuses to check me in on the desk and made me use a self service machine. He then stood over me making me feel uncomfortable and flustered. This firstly didn’t work on payment as I was over the contactless limit but didn’t realise as I was rushing so I used another card and put it into the machine and it approved the payment immediately and took the money. The screen then didn’t recognise it had taken the money immediately so the man just closed it down and then took me to the desk where he made me pay again. I told him it had successfully taken the money and he didn’t believe me. Said it would drop back in which it hasn’t. He meant the failed first payment but that never went even through Both payments have now cleared and I’ve paid twice for my room. This not only left me unable to pay for the second room which my mum had to put on her credit card but has taken my holiday spending money also! And i’m now left short for that. I’m absolutely disgusted. I need a refund which hasn’t happened, even after speaking to the manager in the morning also and to raise a complaint.

Standard Premier Inn experience I stay in many Premier Inns around the world and this was one of them! By comparison to others that I have stayed in, this one is starting to look a bit tired and in need of a refresh. New flooring and some paint would bring it up a lot. I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the standard cooked breakfast. Not glamorous but ticked the boxes. All staff were friendly and helpful whenever I saw them I use a get what you give approach and my good mornings and hellos were always met with a smile and polite reply. Well done team! Would stay again if required 👍

Makes getting to Le Shuttle an absolute breeze. No last minute panics because of traffic and a good nights sleep before you head off for Europe. 10 minutes travel time - and because it was quite anyway no queues, no waiting around and no delays. Rooms and service excellent value and perfectly adequate for what was a very good price. We chose the meal Deal because we didn't want to go in search of restaurants so the option of using the Premier linked restaurant seemed perfect. However the food was a bit disappointing, not great cooking as was the breakfast although you could eat as much as you want for breakfast so it was potentially fantastic value. I feel churlish being picky when actually the overall cost was not bad and the convenience has to be factored in. On the plus side the wine is very reasonably priced. All in all we would happily stay there again prior to Le Shuttle.

We stayed here for one night in Jan and it was very clean and comfortable. Extra pilllows if needed. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Staff were friendly, especially at the on site restaurant. Lots of parking Very close to the channel tunnel
