This hotel is very nice, clean and boutique. More than that, the staff are wonderful! Anil was at the front desk and could not have been more helpful, kind and attentive. My wife and I are so grateful for all of his help … when we were there, the taxi/trains went on strike the day that we were traveling and found ourselves stranded. Anil went out of his way to make sure we reached our destination. He and the staff really care about their guests and I can not recommend this hotel enough.

I stayed in this hotel for work reasons. Due to a fault, I think with the boiler, I was without hot water for almost the entire stay. I have not received any refund, discount or anything else from the facility to remedy the serious inconvenience. Never again.

I stayed with a fairly convenient Weekend offer in Umbria. Look on their website because they make various offers not available on the portals. Area: a stone's throw from the station and 10 minutes from the city centre. Breakfast: average, salty needs to be improved, too many extra things for a fee. Parking: few places available, SPA is not always available: sore point, really "minimal", small, poorly heated environment and even the massages, I would say, nothing unforgettable: minimum wage. Rooms: clean. Quiet, not very large (I slept in an executive room) but with extras you can get an upgrade. The minibar was included in the price but there was very little inside... My package included a typical dinner in an excellent partner restaurant. Reception and staff: a little cold and detached but still professional

I was a guest of the hotel with my wife for only two days but if I return to Foligno I will certainly stay in this facility again. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the room a little dark but comfortable, the breakfast very well assorted.

Well structured hotel and easy to reach. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. It was a pleasant discovery and a pleasant evening. They offer several other services but we didn't use them. But we will definitely return

I stayed in this hotel with my family for a weekend. The expectation was to find ourselves in front of a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately we were somewhere between surprised and disappointed. We had booked a triple room (via the Boscolo package) and they initially offered us a room at -1 with little light and above all with a noticeable musty smell. Fortunately they didn't bat an eyelid at reception in the face of our complaints and changed our room. On the floor above, however, the perception was still that of an unrenovated structure, with the light in the corridor continuing to flash night and day. Very little light in the room and a smell that came from the shower drain to complete the picture. Overall, even from the outside, the building looked a little shabby with many details of little care: the finishes of the terrace and the ruined walls, as well as the fountain in the garden. Finally, breakfast was a bit basic and to the very normal request to have scrambled eggs we were told that they could be done "à la carte" if we wanted. So an extra on something that is included pretty much everywhere? Sorry, we're not there. It's a shame because the location of the hotel is really convenient to the center of Foligno.
