I stayed at the hotel for one week, The quality is exceptional. Big and comfortable room. Food relevant, with two dishes for dinner, each four choices! All very tasty, high quality. The personnel very kind. Hotel skibuss transfers to the lifts.

Always a good venue to return to in the Dolomites. Best hotel in Folgarida. Local skiing usually very good and not too far to ski across to excellent Madonna di Campiglio. Staff most helpful and welcoming. Chief barman and wine waiter Andrea remembers faces; very accommodating and amusing with it. Meals presented in fine gourmet style and panache. Nice Spa with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room -though extra on this occasion.

This truly was the most wonderful hotel i’ve been to! The staff are just unbelievably kind, thoughtful, professional, always always going the extra mile for the guests. The rooms and views are just wonderful, and so is the spa! A perfect relaxation after a day of skiing. And wow - the food! Incredible variety and presentation, and such amazing tastes every single day! I would recommend this to everyone and im already planning my next trip to this hotel!

An excellent hotel well run with helpfull staff who respond to your needs. The pool complex is a great place to visit after skiing the steam room and sauna just helps with those tired limbs. Do use the bar as the bar man is a lover of his job and has plenty of banter to make you fell welcome.

The Luna Welness hotel is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of good quality and very clean. Whilst we were staying there the rooms were that hot that I had to turn down the radiator. The spa is just what you need after a day on the ski slopes although the strict Covid restrictions were a little over the top in my opinion, why you had to wear a swim cap is a mystery to me! The bar is an excellent place to relax and the head barman Andre will mix you the finest Aperol Spritz in the whole of Italy...trust me. The complementry sandwiches and cakes in the afternoon after a day on the slopes was again very helpful and delicious. All in all a great place that I have visited before and will definately visit again. Thank You.

Perfect place to stay for a week of skiing - we highly rate the friendliness of staff and quality of food and service. The spa is delightful. Thank you Luna Team as always - we look forward to returning soon!

Great hotel - all staff were always willing to help at any stage. Lovely display of food for all the meals. Catering and waiters were exceptional and we left them with a very large tip - they couldn't do enough for us.

Hotel location is good, not too far from ski lift. Car garage available for €70/week. Shuttle Service hotel to lift available in morning and afternoon. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, dinner was good. The snacks in the afternoon were very nice too. Rooms nice and clean, good Room service. Can be improved: Dinner at 19:30 is too late Shuttle in afternoon after 15:30 is a little late. Lockers for skis are too small for snowboard Lockers area too narrow No service area available for snowboard maintenance Only Italian tv channels available in Room Wifi signal not stable
