Decent and relaxing family resort with execellent food and very friendly staff. A lot of parking space, availability of fitness, swimming pool, sauna. Good animation and relax rooms. Good for kids. Very close to ski lift, less than 10 min walk. Needs a bit of renovation but that is not relevant compared with other advantages.

We had the best experience, amazing prices, clean, kind and caring employees. The spa is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good and so was the dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel. The swimming pool is quite crowded during the afternoon but it is still enjoyable

The food was sloppy and wasn’t freshly prepared, also slow service. The hotel rooms were unclean and unsanitary, cleaners barely cleaned the room. The hotel was too loud and people where constantly trying to invade privacy. I do not recommend this hotel.

Villaggio a 3 stelle composto da più strutture, con personale gentile e preparato. Cinque stelle alla cucina che ci ha colpito molto, ottima e completa, suddivisa in menù bimbi e adulti. Colazione dolce e salata con ampia scelta, sempre tutto fresco e buono. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno e in generale l'ambiente è pulito. Nella struttura sono presenti bagni con fasciatoio e un collegamento sotterraneo alla piscina e alla spa così si può tranquillamente uscire dalle camere e raggiungere il centro benessere in accappatoio. A pochissimi km ci sono parchi gioco e piste da sci, slittino per i più piccoli, gonfiabili... Il centro di Folgaria è in rinascita, consigliamo quindi un giretto per le sue vie.

Struttura ben organizzata ed attrezzata per i bambini e le famiglie. Servizi dedicati completamente a tutta la famiglia (area wellness, zona piscina, mini club). Camere pulite , spaziose e ben rinnovate. Ristorazione con cucina a vista , buona qualità e varietà. Lodevoli le iniziative di convenzione con i Baby park del comprensorio. Complimenti alla direzione ed a tutto lo staff, continuate cosi. Ci ritorneremo
