We just needed to stop overnight while driving south and stay at hotel Cicolella . Rooms are small by American standards but adequate. Very clean, all staff kind and helpful . Pretty standard Italian breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for one night mainly because it was a short walk to the station and I was traveling by train. It’s an old hotel and has dated features, but that didn’t concern me. Everything worked well, but the bathtub was scary because it was slippery and the shower was part of it. I could see crashing, but it didn’t happen. I would have killed for a glass of wine after six hours on the train, but the hotel’s restaurant and bar are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So it goes, breakfast was adequate in an old fashioned setting, drapes at the windows. There were hard boiled eggs, Cornetti, all sorts of breads, cakes. I made a little sandwich of wonderful bread, cheese and salami,for my lunch on the next train. The room was quiet. A good stay.

acqua fredda al mattino, pulizia delle camere non curata, diverse approssimazioni nel servizio, minibar completamente vuoto e bar sostituito, dopo una certa ora, da un distributore di bevande e snack (questo non mi era proprio mai capitato!), su cinque presenti in camera, solo due lampade funzionavano... No, direi che quando è troppo è troppo!

Hotel 4stelle con il fascino di avere un ruolo storico a Foggia. ASPETTI POSITIVI: posizione in città comoda tra la stazione FS e la Villa Comunale, stanza grande, letto comodo, due sistemi di riscaldamento, bagno efficiente, buona pulizia, la macchina in garage viene parcheggiata e riconsegnata dal personale dell'albergo (20 euro ben spesi), caffè a colazione buono. ASPETTI NEGATIVI: atmosfera di albergo datato, eccessivi e fastidiosi rumori idraulici in bagno (dalle tubazioni), colazione in una stanza minuscola, scelta di dolci modesta, scelta del salato minima, igiene dei tavoli scarsa (la triste tovaglietta giallina di carta sul tavolo era chiazzata: il secondo giorno ho riconosciuto le macchie che gia' avevo trovato al primo giorno....), personale che parla ad alta voce dei fatti propri, quello all'accoglienza a volte di aspetto trasandato.

Hotel datato e non certo con gli standard di un 4 stelle ma la cosa più grave è successa in reception dove prima mi hanno fatto il check in, avevo una smartbox e la copia della mail di conferma che mi diceva che era tutto pagato, al momento del ritiro dei bagagli mi hanno costretto in malo modo a ripagare la stanza dicendomi che a loro non risultava il pagamento. L' addetta alla reception mi ha detto che non mi avrebbe fatto andare via se non avessi ripagato ed era compito mio chiedere il rimborso, naturalmente con voce alta. Per poter essere rilasciata ho dovuto pagare, certamente la faccenda verrà risolta ma parlerò sempre malissimo di questo hotel.

A Foggia per lavoro, ho soggiornato molto bene in questo hotel per due settimane. Stanza ampia, accogliente, silenziosa e sempre perfettamente in ordine. Colazione varia e abbondante. Personale solerte e attento. Ho fruito del garage, così da non aver problemi di parcheggio dell'auto.

Staff cordiale, simpatico, disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, ora di pranzo e cena buon cibo al ristorante, mise en place e servizo ottimi, colazione ok, igiene e pulizia camere e aree comuni buona. O Hotel é bem velho, tudo cheira mofo, a limpeza foi ruim, achamos tampa de shampoo no box! No quarto que estavamos o ar condicionado nao funcionava e nos trocaram de quarto! Segundo os funcionarios, no sabado nao tem pessoas para consertar, ou seja se tem funcionarios da manutencao, eles nao trabalham! A cama tem o cochao concavo, por muito uso! Os funcionarios sao simpaticos e atenciosos! As ruas nos arredores, nao parecem ser seguras!

Albergo un po’vecchietto. Ha un bel po’ di anni e li dimostra. Sarebbe da tre pallini, ma ne aggiungo uno per la gentilezza del personale e, soprattutto, perché accettano i cani. Noi abbiamo un piccolo cane. Contrariamente a quasi tutti gli alberghi, è stato accettato, senza sovrapprezzo.
