The hotel room and environment are okay, but the amusement facilities in the park are really average. Basic motorized equipment has to be paid separately. The dinosaurs in Jurassic World are also relatively dilapidated, and the service is average. The park environment is still okay, very good. Big, cute animals are OK. Because it was raining, I assumed that there would be nothing to do, so I didn’t have high expectations at first. So I originally thought that I would get a 4.5 rating even though I didn’t have a five-point rating, but after checking out, I went to drive and found that the car door was scratched. I went to the front desk and asked the hotel to help check. The assistant manager of the hotel lobby immediately called other employees to check on the car. Then he asked me to check and return the monitoring, and asked me to add the assistant lobby manager on WeChat. It took about 45 minutes to finish reading, because it was just noon, and I would come back from lunch in about the same time. An hour later, I went to the front desk to ask and said that the investigation had not been completed. When I arrived, I told the front desk staff that it was not serious, but that the owner of the car was a little angry because he did not take the initiative to contact me. But when I asked how long it would take, the reply said it should be very soon. 40 minutes later, I went to the hotel front desk and asked the surveillance staff who said they had seen the video of the car and were checking the license plate number. We had to wait a moment, or we could go back first and the license plate number would be sent to me then. At that time, I told the front desk that I was leaving. There was no use sending me the license plate number, and the traffic police would not handle it. As a result, I waited in the lobby for more than an hour. During this period, I sent the lobby deputy a WeChat message and called the WeChat call without reply. I went to the front desk to ask, and she said she wasn't sure if it was the car that was scratched, and the surveillance camera couldn't see it clearly. Then I said that I had been waiting for more than two hours, and I was in a hurry. You want me to add the assistant lobby manager on WeChat, but why is my WeChat not available? I didn't answer the call. The receptionist replied and said: The phone is at the front desk and I don't have time to answer it. I was absolutely disgusted by this reply. During this period, I was sitting on the big phone in the lobby. There were no customers at the front desk, so I called several times to ask. Is this what a service attitude should be? Originally, I was very depressed when my car was scratched, and I had to face such service. The final video was sent to me at around 4 p.m. with a long shot. A nearby camera only had one picture. At my request, a surveillance video was sent to me. The result was a beginning and an end. The screen in the middle was black, and a license plate was issued. The number asked me to contact the car owner myself. The problem is that I have already left. I don’t know why the video went black and was not recorded.

Satisfied with the room! There is plenty of hot water, but the air conditioner is too cold! Breakfast is average! There are many places to play around, including water games, mobile games, and there are many farms outside where you can eat.

This is my third time visiting Senpola. The hotel is very close to the places to visit, and there is a shuttle bar which is super convenient. I love coming here so much. My kids especially like it. I will come back next time!

There is also a children's theater performance with acrobatics and children's drama, which children love to watch. The hot springs are also good, with more than a dozen sizes, and a unique wave pool, which is a bit scary for children. Li Yan and Deng Lanying at the water park have very good attitudes and are friendly to children. Hope the hotel facilities can be improved.

When traveling with parents and children, it is indeed okay to choose this hotel. There is an amusement park and a hot spring swimming pool. Everyone's needs are met. The environment is very good. There is a forest outside the room. Unlike other hotels, there is no privacy at all, with floors facing each other! I didn’t choose to have the buffet dinner at the hotel. I ate outside by myself. There were several farm dishes about 7 minutes’ walk away, and the prices were very cheap! In the morning, we had a buffet breakfast at the hotel. There were many varieties, but the taste was average. The hot springs and water world are highly recommended, the children had a great time!
