入住當天泡温泉的人並不少，可是當天衹開了8個池，平均一個池有4個以上的人
退温泉手牌的時候我家屬問我房卡是不是在我手上的時候，前台人員在旁邊陰陽怪氣説：“哦，我們不收房卡的”.咋啦，我們問你前台了嗎？這麼快就出來刷存在感了？
房間地毯有明顯污跡，洗手間有明顯的水跡污垢
明明可以清洗乾淨的但是並沒有去解決
值得表揚：辦入住前台人員服務到位，引導到位

雖然是老牌酒店，但是設施維護很到位，更顯沉穩。
服務人員態度很好，從前台、餐廳服務員、温泉區人員都彬彬有禮，無微不至。
公眾號有晚餐自助餐，成人68，一大一小96，挺划算的，雖然品種不多，但是很新鮮。
含自助早餐，品種不多，水平不錯，來個熱騰騰的湯麪，元氣滿滿。
週六入住人員不多，半山的温泉都沒有開，衹開了下面一圈大概7—8個池子，泳池水療設施很強勁，人少清凈，包場的感覺。
醫葯養生館的消費不高 技師手勢不錯，值得一試。

房間的確夠大，兩層設計，中間搭配一個旋轉樓梯，二樓是一個小套房，有廳有房，性價比不錯，就二樓房的空調差一點！早餐一般，泳池偏少，但算乾淨

廣州省站天河站東站有班車直達佛岡，滴滴十元就到酒店，店管家精心貼心服務，環境衞生乾淨舒服，有中西餐廳，價錢公道，温泉區百五米就到，適合一家大小泡，有幾個泳池和十幾個温泉池，水質很好，酒店到鎮步行街千八米，商場食店也不少，是休閑度假的好地方。

酒店位置在城區中心地段，挨着縣政府旁邊。酒店包含有早餐，而且還有中餐廳吃午飯，晚飯都非常的方便。酒店園區的環境不錯晚上的夜景很漂亮燈光效果好看，縣政府旁邊有一個很大的市民廣場吃完飯可以在那裡溜達。離步行街步行10分鐘的路程。温泉隨便泡。從早上9點到晚上11點，不限次數進出。有各種各樣的温泉池，是廣州北的一個度假好地方。

房間超級大，配套設施齊全，雖然是舊式的裝潢風格，但是很舒服。
酒店地理位置非常棒，在縣府後麪，鬧中有靜。
温泉也贊，服務很好，有工作人員巡邏，指引，還提供免費飲料和糖水。
