The hotel is very new, the duplex room is very large, the whole park is very clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and polite, especially Minzhen and Lanying in the hot spring area. I plan to go again after the water world is built.

The environment and hygiene of the hotel are very good👍. Before checking in, there are staff to help test the indoor hot spring♨️ equipment. When consulting about travel and services, Qingqing at the front desk was very patient in answering questions. Because I was traveling with my baby, I needed children's products, and Qingqing and the cleaning ladies responded promptly. There was also an amusement park on this trip, and the children had a great time. Looking forward to the second visit!

In order to let them have fun, we booked a slide room for two consecutive nights. The room was enough for them to play for two days, no problem! But I don’t know where the hygiene problem is. My eldest daughter started vomiting in the middle of the second night. I initially suspected that there was a problem with the hotel buffet dinner, because we decided to try the hotel buffet dinner on the second night. We had no problems before eating. The buffet dinner was not much and messy. I wouldn’t say anything about this. I wouldn’t have high requirements for these hotel buffets, but I didn’t expect that there would be problems with the hygiene of the ingredients! After eating that night, I felt cold and had diarrhea. My eldest daughter had a stomachache and vomited in the middle of the night. I gave her the medicine I prepared to relieve it. She vomited again in the morning and couldn’t eat anything. We checked out and went home yesterday. I didn’t feel like eating lunch. After I got home, my second sister had diarrhea and vomited at night! There was no way. Both of them went to our local emergency room that night. The doctor said gastroenteritis! The symptoms and blood test indexes were the same. It was really dizzy! I’m not saying so much to do anything, but as a parent-child hotel, your main service target is children, and the hygiene issues should be the most strict!

The Senpola Squirrel Hotel was newly built in 2024. The parking lot is convenient, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the air is fresh and pleasant, the supporting facilities are complete, the room design is novel, comfortable and clean, and the children like the rotating slide very much. The hotel's catering is not in place. The buffet restaurant is messy and there are too many people and no service. There are relatively few dishes. You have to queue up everywhere to get food. I hope to improve the catering!
