Pros:
1. The staff is super nice and helpful. They are welcoming and helped me book a taxi when I was in hurry.
2. The place is at okaish location. 10 mins away from bus stop, 5 mins walk from supermarket.
Cons:
1. There is no Wifi in rooms.
2. The economy rooms (which was not shown in picture during booking) are AWFUL in my opinion. Very much cramped and old with no TV or anything. Just a bed, cupboard, and a small washroom.
3. The breakfast served is super low quantity and quality. The cheese, and olives served to me were expired.
4. Just a bit far from main Fethiye city and old town. Takes about 25 mins by bus to reach there.
I am not sure if the rooms were that good for a price of 31 Euros per night.

It is said to be the largest hotel, but the shower water is cold and it was not cleaned during the 4 days I stayed there. It is a wonder in the hotel industry.

Where is the fridge? This is a necessity in this day and age in the heat. Very disappointing. The owners were not happy to help. How are you supposed to keep drinks? Cool. This isn’t a place to stay or recommend to anybody. Please get fridges…..

Very affordable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. It is a bit off the front, requiring a short walk to the beach, but a benefit of this is that the surrounding area is quiet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was one or two small things broken/damaged in the room - the handle of the bathroom door, the shower head - but these didn't cause us any actual bother. The breakfast was sufficient. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well maintained and in good condition. Check in was easy and open late so arriving late was no problem. It’s in an area that’s mostly accessible - bit of a walk to other places but easy to get a taxi.

Geçtiğimiz hafta burada konakladım. İlk başta yorumları gördüğümde açıkçası tereddüt etmiştim, fakat aksine güler yüzlü, son derece yardımcı olan personeller beni karşıladı. Yemekler ev yemeği tadında, havuzu dilediğiniz gibi kullanabiliyorsunuz. Kaldığım oda ve odadaki havlular da aynı şekilde tertemizdi. Odadaki klima ve TV sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Eşref Bey ve Asu Hanıma ilgi alakaları için çok teşekkürler. Uygun fiyatlı konaklama için rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz. Son olarak Çalış Plajı'na 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde, mekanlara çok rahat ulaşım sağladım.
