This is a family run self catering complex with a lovely clean pool in a nice quiet part of town. Rooms are generous and well kitted out with a substantial balcony. The family truly are lovely, kind people and do all they can to help make your stay more enjoyable. It's simple accommodation and a great base not too far for the beach (10 minutes stroll) or local public transport which is frequent and reasonable at 30p into Fethiye centre. Local Dolmuș takes contact less payments which is a real bonus. There's a small store near by for water and bread etc. Come out of the apar**ents and turn right towards the beach, just before you reach the bridge turn right and after a few minutes you'll see Çangan Market, For a proper shop Migros Jet is nearer the beach heading out of Fethiye

This is a lovely place to use as a base for exploring Fethiye. Prices are reasonable and the accommodation is very generously sized. We even had a washing machine which is great. The pool area is lovely and sunny and kept very clean. Last but not least the hosts, Tamer and Nihal are absolutely wonderful. You feel like family here because they're so kind.

Very comfortable and spacious apar**ent about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apar**ent is very well equipped with everything you need, even a washing machine and an iron if you feel so inclined on your holidays! The pool area is clean and nicely light at night time. The scent of the lemon trees is lovely and you can help yourself. The hosts, Tamer and his wife are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They are on hand to help but not intrusive and Tamer is happy to call and place orders for food deliveries. They make this place feel like home! Highly recommended.

Small and cosy apart hotel in a quiet place, 10 min to the beach. The rooms have everything you may need for a comfortable holiday, nice garden and swimming pool. The host is very helpful and friendly, we are thankful to Burhan for our great holiday

A warm, friendly hotel within walking distance of the beach, away from the noise of the center. We had the chance to stay one night with our friends, but it is definitely at the top of our future holiday plans.

Even though we chose a deluxe apar**ent, the hotel staff gave us a suite room. The kitchen, kitchen equipment and bathroom were in deplorable condition. Officially a disgrace.

The rooms and surroundings were beautiful. The cleanliness of the pool was also nice. It is in a quiet and beautiful place, very close to the sea if you have a car. Mr. Apar**ent Owner Burhan and other friends were caring and very helpful.
