The location is bad opposite the gate of Ceuta long queue all the time, on arrival they refused to give the rooms we booked they charge me more money for taxes she was very rude, the pool is too small it’s like u swim on street, no body smile 😊 staff need more experience, no cleaning they cover the pillow but wow i checked so dirty. I ordered breakfast 6,5€ wow i throw it, I don’t recommend it

I was booked a double room but I found Two separated beds
I was disappointed on my wedding night
No free Parking
I was paid taxes online but they requested that I pay again at the hotel

The stuff is friendly and helpful, the hotel location is ok ( there was a huge traffic jam of MRE travelling through Ceuta)
Rooms are hot and unfortunately Air-co is NOT working :S
We didn't get towels for 2 days.

I booked this hotel with my family for one night and it was too much for us! On arrival, the staff who did not seem very qualified forced us to pay for breakfast, telling us that it was compulsory when not at all. Going up to the rooms, I had the wonderful surprise to discover dust on the floor and on the tables, hairs in the bathroom and on the toilet bowl, the air conditioning which does not work or makes an atrocious noise which prevents you from sleeping, and so on! I had to ask to change rooms, but the same problems even after changing. The breakfast was simply terrible, the orange juice is certainly the worst I have ever had in my life, the food is not good and the service 0!!!
In short, go your way, I strongly advise against it, I felt more robbed than anything else!

We have just spent 2 weeks in the Senator, although it is visible that tourism & Hotels took an enormous hit during Covid, therefore it does need a little cosmetic TLC, for a 3 Star it has a great Sun terrace, pool, patrolled parking (£1 a night) & less than 1Km from the Ceuta border (Spanish & ferry to EU). The Staff, particularly the front desk and Restaurant Manager were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value and is perfect as a base when touring the Riff and Med coast.
