Cozy Cottage
Lovely cottage, extremely clean, decor is somewhat rustic (like Ralph Lauren). I highly recommend. Back patio was perfect for coffee in the morning and to view the farm animals. Owner was available for any questions.

Memorial Day Ceremonies
We chose this unique place while in town for Memorial Day ceremonies at DFW Military cemetery. Came across it due to its’ different surroundings and the animals especially having a 9 year old with us. It was very relaxing and very enjoyable to interact with the animals. John was a great host and glad we were able to meet him and learn more about the property.Everything was not too far away about 30 minutes or so. Well worth not booking a hotel room.

A taste of country beauty & serenity within the DFW Metroplex
Beautiful setting and very relaxing with easy access to main highways and airport. House was well maintained and supplied with pictures on the listing being up to date. Loved setting on the back porch with my coffee in the mornings. Very peaceful! Check in was a breeze.

Wonderful
Everything was wonderful thank you!Will recommend to family&friends.It was so fun waking up to the peakcocks on the front porch! Cons:Drive way was a little hard to find when we arrived late at night. And im not sure if it was mentioned in your listing but the house is not handicap accessable, my grandmothers walker could not fit in the small doorway of the bathroom. And we couldnt find a cutting board!

Peaceful Stay

A Quiet Haven
We stayed here on our trip to visit our son and daughter-in-law in the area. From the moment we booked through our check out, John was a very communicative and hospitable host. We really enjoyed the property as it reminded us of home and was a quiet haven to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The home was very well equipped, and the eggs and honey from on site were a welcome surprise. We will definitely return when in the area.

Great little country cottage hidden from city
Could not believe this cottage was not swallowed up by the surrounding metro area. Livestock and wildlife greeted as we arrived. The wild peacock entourage saw us off when we departed. The cottage had fresh eggs and honey waiting for us in the open kitchen. The instructions were clear and super easy. The accommodations were fantastic along with restaurant suggestions. Thanks for the fantastic get way experience.
