Beautiful modern hotel within walking distance to everything. Friendly staff with excellent breakfast options. The hotel was a little warm they could probably upgrade their AC unit unless you have a room with a new AC. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a family wedding in Florina and this fairly new Hotel was perfect for our needs. Nice, clean rooms with comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was so nice. They had laundry services at reasonable prices and iron/board available. Overall very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

I stayed here for a few nights with my partner. We visited family in our ancestral village, about 15 kms east of Florina. The hotel was clean and well appointed & quite new and the staff were super friendly and willing to help with advice when asked. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. It doesn’t have its own private parking but we never had a problem parking our car just outside on the street. It is in a quiet but central location in Florina. I would definitely stay there again.

When visiting Florina we chose to stay at emerald hotel and I can guarantee it was definitely a terrific choice. The hotel is situated in the upper part of the city where noise is minimum. Our room was a suite which was very spacious and clean. The master bed was very comfortable,also. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both sweet and savory treats which you could enjoy on the balcony. Lastly, the stuff was welcoming and eager to help us in any way they could. Would definitely recommend!!

New hotel in Florina on the edge of the city, but also close to the center, at least on the way down one can easily go on foot. Very nice rooms with the necessary equipment, located around a central lobby with a high glass roof, like an interior garden. It is a very pleasant place for a drink in the evening, which we enjoyed the one night we preferred to stay at the hotel. Breakfast very good, as befits a 4* hotel. The staff very good, polite and professional. Ample space for car parking, either on the avenue in front of the hotel entrance, or on the vertical street. We stayed 2 nights (weekend)

I had a great time at Emerald with 3 nights. I liked the space, the calm provided by the minimal and bright approach to furnishing the rooms, the cleanliness and the service. Satisfying breakfast with a rich buffet for all tastes. The reason for my visit to Florina was for tourist reasons and I think that this particular hotel offers rest, tranquility and relaxation not only to tourists but also to people traveling for business reasons. I believe that soon the hotel's customer service will be further improved since, as I was informed, a special spa wing will be created.

Great space, comfortable and clean room (suite 😊) Breakfast quite good could have other options (...more fruits maybe even fresh juice) The staff and the owner are very kind, very friendly and helpful☺️ And the price is very good / affordable for the Florina area. It is also accessible to people in wheelchairs. I highly recommend it😁

It is a new hotel in the city, very clean, with a beautiful design, comfortable spaces, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. We will definitely go again. We and our group loved it too! The prices are very good for what they offer. The ski resort is nearby.

It is located in the city, very close to the market and the sights of Florina. Free parking on the street. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and fully equipped bathroom. It could have more variety in the breakfast, without this meaning that the existing one is not decent. It just needs something more to justify the high cost per night.
