Nos sacaron de las valijas cosas personales el día anterior a irnos. Nos di.os cuenta algunas cosas ahi y otras ya en nuestros hogares .Nos fuimos bastante disconformes. La verdad una pena. La ubicación muy buena Las chicas de recepción un 10

Las mejor ubicación, los dptos frente al mar superior tienen una vista increíble de la playa. Los dptos equipados con lo necesario. Para mejorar el sistema de sombrillas en la playa, deberían entregar una tarjeta por dpto como hacen con las reposeras, sino nunca se consigue, hay que pedirlas en el restaurante del lado del hotel y según ellos no tienen sombrillas en el momento que uno va a pedir. Te ponen sombrillas de la confitería a cambio de consumir de ahí. En mi caso particular éramos 4 familias alojadas todas en dptos diferentes, con niños y solo lográbamos que nos pongan una sombrilla porque al ver que ya teníamos una puesta no ponían para el resto.

Muy amables todo el personal. Esta dentro de la playa. Teniamos habitación con vista al mar lo disfrutamos mucho. Fue toda la familia con niños. Tiene servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel. Hay muchos comercios cerca. No hay desayuno bufete.

El apart tiene una ubicación privilegiada, en primera línea de playa y a unas 8 cuadras del centro. La atención de la recepción es destacable. A mejorar: Las comodidades del apto son básicos, hubo que pedir toalla de mano, cubrecamas para la cama individual y repasador porque no lo incluye. En algunos momentos salía mal olor de la pileta de la cocina. Tienen pocas sombrillas para la capacidad del hotel y el servicio demora en instalarse. La limpieza de los aptos son otra cosa a mejorar, tanto en la calidad como en la rapidez.

Bem localizado, de frente para a praia de Ingleses, próximo a mercados e restaurantes. Leve guarda-sol porque o hotel oferece apenas cadeiras de praia e você dependerá da parceria com o restaurante ao lado para se proteger do sol. O estacionamento dos fundos do hotel pode ser um desafio para muitos motoristas. Os quartos de frente para a rua podem ser ruidosos, especialmente em alta temporada. Ao lado do hotel há um bar com música ao vivo e isso pode incomodar. O quarto tem o suficiente, mas é limpo e o atendimento foi muito atencioso e carinhoso.

A favor: Excelente amabilidad de las recepcionistas para resolver y orientar. Salida a playa muy directa y servicio de sombrilla y reposeras de playa lo cual es un ahorro. Cercania al centro de ingleses donde hay todo lo necesario. Las recepcionistas pueden encargarse de reservar Transfer y algunos servicios turísticos. Nos resolvieron muy bien eso. En contra.: Equipamiento muy básico para un apart. No hay pava para calentar agua para café o mate. Solo ponen una toalla de mano por departamento y un toallon por persona con lo cual no hay nada para el pelo. Tampoco repasador. Las camas individuales no cuentan con cubrecamas. Solo la sábana de abajo. Y tardan mucho en hacer las habitaciones. Por ej a veces recién están listas a las 4-5 de la tarde habiendo liberado a la mañana. Costo beneficio lo recomiendo.
