It was already past two o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk quickly assigned us a room. The room was large and very clean. I lament the environmental protection actions in Europe. There is no need for disposable toiletries. You even need to go to the public drinking fountain to get water yourself. There is a large glass bottle for water. Fortunately, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, haha. The front desk was very welcoming. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad.

This is the second time I have booked this hotel. I wasn't disappointed this time either!
It is close to the city center, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The cleaning products are of high quality. They pay attention to environmental awareness. The whole building is clean and I can charge my electric car!

Ionele and julia are excellent front desk staff; both were very helpful with all we needed to ensure our stay was the best. We would eagerly recommend Hampton Inn Cluj RO for anyone coming to this city for business or pleasure. We arrived before check in time and Ionele found us a comfortable and quiet area to rest until our room was ready. Excellent customer service.

Excellent hotel. I always stay here when I travel to Cluj. Clean and modern rooms. Excellent staff, Maria, Iulia, Ionela, Hunor, are all excellent. There is an extensive breakfast buffet, which is always excellent. Convenient both to the City center and on the road to the airport.

A solid Hampton inn Cluj. It's central to old town, in fantastic shape considering it's 11 years old, and very modern. Plus, the parking is free. I'd like to explicitly mention Ionela and Rebeka L (apparently there are two Rebeka's) for their great customer service and conversation at the bar.

Had a one night stay at the hotel, following a medical procedure. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate 3 adults. However, what really stood out was the reception team’s professionalism and genuine care, particularly Ionela and Hunor’s. The two of them really did their best to tend to our needs throughout our stay - very respectful, resourceful and kind. Brilliant duo and a brilliant team altogether!
