Very good stay. Attentive management and top-notch staff. Varied and abundant food. The upper floor is currently being converted to create suites. This hotel, which has a certain charm, is recommended without reservation.

koele ontvangst. lift defect / 74 jaar en valies naar boven gedragen. Geen personeel om te helpen. Kleine maar propere vernieuwde kamer.Bar was ongezellig en het was er koud. Het eten had gastronomisch moeten zijn, maar beantwoordde daar niet aan. Ook het ontbijt was ondermaats: geen verse pistolets, weinig beleg, en voorraad werd niet tijdig bijgevuld. Heel mooie, rustige kamer met heel goede bedden! Avondeten is zeer lekker! Ontbijt is voldoende, maar is niet dezelfde kwaliteit als het avondeten. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Het is de naam “ stilte hotel” waardig. Vanuit Herbeumont mooie wandelingen!!

We hebben hier op dinsdagavond 6 augustus gegeten. We zijn doorverwezen door het hotel waar we sliepen, terwijl we misschien beter hier hadden moeten slapen. Het hotel zou hier voor ons reserveren, hadden ze helaas niet gedaan. Gelukkig konden we blijven eten zonder reservering. We waren wat vroeg en mochten in de ruime tuin plaats nemen, we waren van plan om buiten te eten. We hadden wat te drinken besteld en er kwamen nog meer mensen een aperitief genieten in de tuin. Die gingen op een gegeven moment naar binnen, terwijl wij nog eens drinken kregen. Na een half uur kwam de serveerster vragen of wij ook naar binnen wilden komen om te eten. Buiten eten kon blijkbaar niet. Binnen bleek dat iedereen op ons zat te wachten, alle gerechten werden per gang gelijk uitgeserveerd, dus alle verschillende voorgerechten werden tegelijk gebracht. Wij wisten dit niet. Ondanks dat hebben wij heerlijk gegeten. We hadden zelf gerookte zalm vooraf, kwartel als hoofdgerecht en ook nog een heerlijk toetje. Toen we wilden afrekenen moesten wij ineens wachten. Al diverse keren gevraagd om te mogen betalen aan de serveerster die de maître 'd zou waarschuwen. Tenslotte opgestaan en naar de kassa gelopen waarna hij toch maar kwam helpen. Ik vraag me af of het een straf voor ons was omdat we te laat aan tafel zijn gekomen.

Bel hôtel un peu rustique avec logement très soigné . Calme et reposant (petit parc très agréable) Cuisine de qualité avec une note spéciale pour les sauces Belle région à visiter + des tas de promenades En résumé : un beau séjour !!! Et patron très sympa !

Le saumon fumé est exceptionnel ,la cuisine est bonne , généreuse et l’accueil sympathique.le,cadre est un peu vieillot mais convivial et charmant, on s’y sent bien Rapport qualité prix TB Je recommande .

Que du bonheur ce week-end en couple. L'accueil très chaleureux du personnel n'est que le début d'un très bon séjour. En plus du personnel chaleureux et attentionné, l'hôtel se révèle très agréable, confortable et propre. Le jardin est un endroit idéal pour finir l'après-midi avec un bon verre et un bon livre.
