The location is superb. Breakfast is great with a number of varieties like pastry, cold cut, fresh fruits, dairy milk and yoghurt, etc and a magnificent view. Responsive service from front desk during check in/out and restaurant. Mattress is so hard compared to other 4/5 stars hotels in Italy. I have booked double room which comes with 2 single mattresses aligned to each other. We also smell some old furniture smell in room.

A very updated hotel with a unique shower as shown in picture. It is conveniently located. Outside our room was a view of the tram station. We did not take it because the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We loved the breakfast as there was a pancake making machine.

In the historical center, the location is good, the old bridge, the Basilica of Our Lady, the Republic Square, the Uffizi Gallery, and the pedestrian shopping street are all within easy reach. It is convenient to walk anywhere, more than ten minutes walk to the bus station and train station. It's about ten minutes, and it tastes good. The hotel has two spacious elevators, which are convenient for large luggage; although the rooms are not very spacious, they are well-equipped, clean and tidy, and breakfast is good every day, especially the waiter will ask if you need a cup of cappuccino and feel at home. I will choose this hotel next time.

Breakfast was monotonous and there was cake left over the day before (because it was hard). The location was far from the train station and it was inconvenient to have suitcases because of the many stone brick roads.

This is a good place to take care of your camera before you stay. You'll have to press the shutters from the sculpture behind the front desk, the small garden in the center of the hotel, to the interior of the restaurant where you can read magazines and newspapers. There is also Sky Juice (Lemon Water), which is provided for free in front of the elevator. It's a little ambiguous whether the small bar is a place to drink coffee or enjoy cocktails, but the atmosphere is still good. The pillow is impressive in the room. Let's not expect much space. We offer free drinks on the first day, but we didn't get free drinks every day just because we stayed for three consecutive days. Sensitive people will feel the floor is uneven. If you drop something on the floor, it will keep rolling in one direction. So the doors don't exactly engage. Windows have to be lucky to open. Unfortunately, I didn't see the garden but only the wall. The bathroom gives the impression of making the most of the space, and the shower and shower booth are factors that negatively affect the hotel. Since the front desk is not looking at the front door, you will have to look around to be welcomed. You can't control the heating at will in the room. If it's cold, you have to call the front desk, and you should be lucky to use hot water early in the morning. The inside is more beautiful than the outside, but not everyone is the best.

The location is 6 minutes from the station, and the view of the square from the room is very pretty. I left my luggage before checking in and went to Pisa. All my luggage was in the room and all the staff were friendly. The breakfast croissants and fruit were delicious, and the staff came and asked for the coffee. They would bring it to you if you asked for it. When I first saw the hotel photos, I thought the bedding was a bit old-fashioned, but it wasn't at all. The bedding was of high quality, as if it was from the Renaissance era. The bathroom is also very nice. Major tourist attractions, including the cathedral, were within a 10-minute walk!! I highly recommend it!! Thank you~~^^

Let's talk about the advantages first. The location is good, right by the river, and it's convenient to go anywhere. The staff is nice, and the front desk and the big brother in the housekeeping department are all very nice. There are also many problems. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the doors next door opening and closing. At 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, two Americans next door were talking loudly and we were woken up directly. There was a mechanical humming sound on the ceiling of the first room. It was better when we changed to the second room, but the sound of the neighbors could be heard in both rooms. There was a little smell in both rooms, probably because the sewer was too old and there was a problem with the sealing.

We got the room with a large bed and bunk beds. Service was awesome! They allowed earlier check in because our train arrived to the city before checking, and could arrange very late check out (for a fee, of course), because we had a night train. Everything was great! Very modern amenities, large spaces, clean, working A/C (apparently a luxury), small fridge, coffee machine, nice towels, attentive staff... only drawback could be that it is two flights up, so if might be a challenge. Other than that, this is great! I would certainly return during my next visit. Thank you for everything!

整個酒店是用一座有幾百年歷史的古堡莊園改建而成，前面的綠地和游泳池部分有着無敵的俯瞰佛羅倫薩城的視野，早餐露台可以看到超美的陽光和莊園景觀～考慮到酒店所在建築的歷史年份以及維護難度，房間設施會顯得又些陳舊，裏面的文物傢俱都有明顯的陳年木質傢俱的味道，另外浴缸部分沒有遮水簾，容易撒到浴室裏。但是考慮到前台有求必應以及酒店的歷史感、外部風景，這些都可以暫時忽略～位置在山上，本地司機説這是整個佛羅倫薩城最好的生活區，但是上下山遊覽吃飯就需要一些體力，適合常住休假，但短期而且需要頻繁進程旅遊的話就建議認真考慮了哈。
