Hotels in Campo di Marte, Florence

Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent.

The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The service was great, and check-in was very quick and efficient. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry, even if you return late at night. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

The location is okay, the straight line is about 1.5 kilometers away from the central play area. This is the second stay. The room with windows on the roof of the third floor was given. It’s a b&b type of accommodation. We stayed for two nights. We liked the common area which has a little balcony with flowers. The room aircon was not functioning and we didn’t know why the room is much hotter than outside (eg the common area). We tried to open the door to let the cooler air coming in but we didn’t realise that we also let mosquitos in.

Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it. Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it...
