Loved this hotel. When l come back to Florence would only come back here. Beautiful old fashioned elegance in rooms. Amazing bathroom and toiletries. Loved the wine in the room even though l had to pay for it. Breakfast room and food outstanding. Lovely helpful staff. Fab position. Just perfect stay.

The first impression when entering the room is that the room has good lighting and a sense of design, which makes people feel comfortable. The room service can be improved. I asked for ice cubes and a kettle several times, but they were not delivered immediately. It took more than 10 minutes for them to be delivered after I called again. In addition, the breakfast selection is relatively small. With the level of this hotel, I have higher expectations for it. Overall, it is still very good.

Facilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good. Hygiene: clean Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.

The people at the front desk were great and very helpful. The location is good. However, the hotel is very old and tired. The beds were hard as a rock. They even gave me a thin mattress topper but it was like putting that in the floor-so still a very hard bed. We had the two bedroom suite. All it is is two separate rooms which when you books it as a suite, they are close together. However, it’s no suite. Even the towels were torn apart. I would give it a 3 stars only because the people were nice. But in no way is this a 5 star hotel.

Nice boutique hotel, room is outdated but can see the old charm, breakfast is really good and the ambiance is really nice :) overall is a good hotel writhing value !

18th century retro architecture, classical and modern integration, the hotel staff is very friendly. Sincerely, I gave an envelope with a seal, and I had a letter of stay in it. The room facilities are new, the bed is very comfortable, and the stay experience is full! Very friendly to Chinese tourists, recommend to all friends who want to travel here!
