We arrived at the property address listed on *******. There was no one there to answer the door and there is no contact number available on the website or ******* to contact them. We pressed all the buzzers on the door and someone let us through into the hallway.
We found the room we were supposed to be saying and knocked in the door. A confused women opened the door and explained they are staying in the room until December so we had been double booked.
We showed our booking and she confirmed that it was the same room from the photos.
Please don’t book this place they don’t communicate with you and there is no way to contact them.
