Era Rental Apartments

We have just left our apartment after staying 3 nights from 31st July - 3rd August. Via dei Servi 3 Apt No 206 on the 2nd floor. Excellent location next to the Duomo Firenze But!!!! Be aware of misleading !!!! Customer service and problem solving is at very low level. Had to pay in advance right at the arrival. On arrival we asked for some extra pillows since those provided were very flat and unconfortable. The lady just asked the owner on phone and got the answer she cannot provide extra pillows for us. Dot. We also asked for extra garbage bags for our family, unfortunately got the answer NO. Finally asked for a roll of paper towel, and happily the lady would provide 1 ! roll for us. looking at the apartment after this first experience of “kind and helpful ownership “we were fully unsatisfied with the provided quality of commodities and furnitures. 1. The pictures online showed the new furnitures on the contrary the walls are crumbling at certain places in the living room and bedrooms. 2. Slime mold is on the bathroom wall absolutely inadmissible and inacceptable. 3. Dilapidated and broken wc seat 4. Dilapidated and weary furniture 5. Air condition in rooms working but so loud I just felt myself in the years1970 or 80 s living in one room with an old refrigerator. The machine in the evening in the bedroom w 2 separate beds gave horrible and extreme loud noise, so rather turned it off. 6. The whole apartment felt like a dilapidated and weary overused flat which I wasnt prepared for my holiday looking at the pictures showed on the websites. 7. The lamps are old , not providing enough light. And no extra plugs for charging phones!! Even if I plugged the standing and desk lights in they werent working!!!!horrible 8.The double bed in the bedroom just moved away from each other as we tried to hug each other and almost fell between the beds!!! 9. The smaller bedroom had an atmoshere being in a jail since it was dark and the placement of beds 10. Besides having washing machine which I havent tried - we couldnt find a hanger or drier for the clothes washed 11. Few amount and extremely used kitchenware , 12. Disgusting washing liquid dispenser and used sponges 13. Freezer full of with ice on the walls, also some dirt on it and it might have been defrosted ages ago. I’m so sad about our ecperience since the apartment is extremely well situated and all in all the bedcloths and towels were very clean. Tried to get in contact with the owner after leaving the apt. But she totally neglected any kind of responsibility and denied the facts claiming that other guest just LOVE the apartment!! And sent me to go anywhere else I want with my problems….
