I prefer the 4 female bed dom located just next door. It a lot better, cozy, and bigger. Good that the bed bed is not a bulk bed and is comfortable. Location very good 5 mins to train station, market and 10-15mins walk to Dumo. Except 1 of the shower room drainage not functioning well. Wifi connection quite bad in room but was okay outside near the router. My room was facing outside street was very noisy at night ppl shouting and talking loud till 2am.

Everything is good, but there are only three bathrooms and shower rooms. It is not a big problem when using it on weekdays because there are not many people, but it is difficult to use it comfortably. The entrance is the same as Hotel Monica.

Very friendly employees and other guests, very helpful with check in and checkout. It felt very safe, even leaving my luggage on either ends of the trip. It was also very clean taking care of the rooms each day changing sheets and cleaning. Bathrooms were also very clean all the time.

I had a great 4-night stay at the hostel and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. Arrived early in the day and got a thorough tour of the building and facilities as well as a welcome map and some friendly chat and suggestions. Both staff members I spoke to had a very easy-going and natural manner that really made you feel welcome and the fully stocked kitchen and breakfast options were very generous and a nice touch for the days I had to set off early. Something i wasn't expecting - but was very happy about - was the full change of bedsheets and towels every day. Absolutely brilliant touch and at no extra charge. It's in a great location with an easy 5-10 minute walk into town and only a 3 minute walk to the train station. Also lot's of great dining options in the area too so i never had to go too far to pick up something great. Thanks for a great trip!

Great small hostel in Florence city center. Near train stations and all major tourist attractions. I stayed in the female dorm, which is a separate building next door to the reception. I felt safe walking at nights in the area. Even with location right in the center I didn’t think it was noisy to sleep. The bedroom was comfortable, each guest gets their own bed! Not bed-bunk style. AC worked well and I never had to wait to use the restroom. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was well stocked with pasta, sauce, breakfast etc so if you’re on a budget it’s a good place to stay. The people who worked there were very nice and communicative via WhatsApp. I had to change my itinerary and they were very accommodating. Wifi worked very well, just a downside is that there isn’t a bar so socializing is up to you in your rooms or kitchen :-) Luckily my roommates were all nice and cool girls so it was fun to chat with them during nights.

Located near the train station. Very attentive staff. They provided a map with several options of places to visit, cafes, restaurants and ice cream shops. Bed linen and bath towels provided. I just think the shared kitchen should be cleaned by the staff occasionally.

El hostel es a la vuelta de la estación central de tren y a 10 minutos caminando de la catedral y los principales atractivos turísticos. Mi habitación era grande y tenía 6 camas (no literas) cómodas. Hay una pequeña taquilla con llave para guardar una mochila chica. No hay lockers más grandes como para poner una valija o mochila más grande pero en mi caso no la necesite. La chica que me recibió fue MUY amable, me dieron un mapa con los principales puntos turísticos y lugares para comer. El hostel tiene todo lo necesario y más.. hay disponible todo el día café, té, tostadas, croissants, galletas, hasta pasta y salsa.. secador de pelo, plancha y toallas. Los baños están prolijos y la potencia de la ducha es muy buena. Hay muchos restaurantes cerquita del hostel. El wifi es bueno. Volvería y recomiendo.
