The Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.

I was lucky to book this hotel, which is a historical building within 15 minutes' walk from the main attractions. It is worth mentioning that the hotel service is very good and enthusiastic. There is also a two-hour free spa every day, but unfortunately I didn't have time to go. If I have the opportunity to go to Florence again, I will definitely book this hotel again.
