The Hotel is amazing, the location is just next to Florence cathedral. So close to good restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, willing to go for extra mile to fulfill customer's needs. The rooms of the hotel is definitely one of the best with many layouts to choose from. Highly recommend the penthouse suite with a terrace, room 401c has a breathtaking dual duomo view and city view. The room is spacious and worth the money for sure.

最滿意的海外酒店之一，如果有預算，住這裡是遊玩佛羅倫薩最好的選擇，去任何地方都近，服務人員都很熱情，最後一天還主動提出幫叫出租車，大堂吧的食物也很好吃，如果下次再去我應該還會選擇這裏，應該會選伽利略套房體驗一次👍

如果滿分六分，我一定會打六分
1. 前台的男孩子服務專業親切，可惜忘記問名字了，就在我圖片中！讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺，雖然前幾天米蘭柏悦也很不錯，但這家酒店的服務更有家的感覺
2.房間設施非常非常新且乾淨，床品很舒服，送的水果和夜床服務滿分，看到我們喝完一瓶水也主動加了！
3. 酒店lobby的餐廳非常非常好吃！和米其林餐廳是同一個廚師，如果追求口味和性價比，lobby足以。
4. 如果有機會再來佛羅倫薩，這家酒店我一定會再多住幾晚！

很幸運訂了這個酒店，是一處歷史建築，離主要景點步行15分鐘以內。特別值得一提的是酒店服務非常好、熱情。每天還有二個小時的免費spa，可惜沒有時間去。如果還有機會去佛羅倫薩一定還會訂這間酒店。

有歷史感的建築，走廊和套房有很美的壁畫，同時房間設施是新的。地理位置極方便，工作人員十分熱情友善，在退房後甚至還收到酒店的感謝郵件，體驗非常好，如果有預算值得選擇。
