The location is extremely good, with Concorde Square and Santa Maria del Fiore at the door, right in the city center, and the room is not disturbed by the outside noise, which is really great!
There is free capsule coffee in the public area, the water in the water dispenser is very delicious, and there is ice water suitable for hot Florence.
The spring bed, pillows, and quilts are all of above-standard quality.
The only small drawback is that the corners are not cleaned very well, and there is a little more cotton wool and dust in the room.
We live in a building that is hundreds of years old and full of history, which is very suitable for Florence. Recommended accommodation

I stayed at the best accommodation because they upgraded me to a better accommodation. It was a good accommodation to be able to have such a quiet morning in the city of Florence. The room condition was good, the room was big, the bathroom was big, and the view from the window was really pretty. The staff was very kind and even helped me move my luggage.

It took us 20 minutes to actually find the hotel because it's not what we're used too. Google maps kept telling us we were there but all we saw was a business building next to Hard Rock Cafe. After looking around, we eventually saw a small plaque next to other business listings on the wall that mentioned the hotel name. Upon walking inside, there was no lobby or anyone greeting us. We figured out that it was on the 4th floor. A woman was in a half-opened office and took our payment for the stay. I hate to be negative, the room was great. The location was perfect for Florence but if you want concierge service, advice for restaurants, trains, timing, etc... this isn't the place.

Excellent location, great host, and easy booking and access, Good room size, nice shower, toiletries, kettle and coffee and fridge in room. Comfortable bed. Whilst the continental breakfast was elegant in the cafe opposite ( Paszkowski’s), we would have preferred Hard Rock, as was advertised.

Amazing place in the heart of Florence! Francesco is a great host always available and super kind, with as well a lot of suggestions for your stay in one of the most beatiful city in the world. Rooms are very nice and couzy, and despite the super central position no noise during nights. If you are planning a visit this place it is your best choice!

I stayed at Mabelle Firenze recently in August and it was perfect Francesco who was my host was fantastic. He recommended restaurants, places to sight see and helped me with taxis on departure. Nothing was ever to much. The accommodation itself was perfect, my room was huge and had a lovely outlook. Bathroom was large as well. It was so clean and tidy. 5 star. Mabelle is situated in the perfect location, walking distance to everything you will want to see and visit. I will definately be returning. Thank you Franceso..... Angela

We loved this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here. The location is amazing, with a quick walk to all major sites in Florence. The service was awesome too! Francesco took great care of us and even called a taxi to pick us up in the morning and take us to the airport. The room was very nice, we loved the design and it felt like we were in a luxury resort for such a fair price. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence!

We had a lovely room with a city view which was perfectly located for our 4 day stay exploring this fantastic city The room has all the things you need such as a safe and a fridge and had lovely decoration. A delicious continental breakfast was served across the road in the very elegant Paszkowski restaurant. They serve a home made cake (croissant for example), some white toast and a small sandwich. Lovely coffee or tea is also served. There is no hot option included in the hotel package. The hotel is part of an apartment block on one floor (4) next door to the hard rock cafe and just a few metres from Piazza della Repubblica. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants within a few minutes walk and for those on longer holidays there are at least two laundrettes within 5 minutes. Although there is hardly any noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants there was some noise for a minute or so from the road we faced from the window usually early in the morning when noisy scooter drivers were going to work I guess.
