DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was told by the owner I was blackmailing her due to multipul issues... flooding issues with the shower, which covered everywhere in the room, after a couple hours of waiting, the owner sent the employed cleaner to try and fix her mistake and then accidentally sprayed my clothes and suitcase & tv area with the portable shower head. Extremely frustrated, she told us we would get a discount for so much inconvenience... We contacted the owner in regards to a few more issues with our room,She wanted photos supplied which we did. Then finally after hours of waiting for this flooding issue to be looked at, we wanted to check out the sauna, first the owner said we needed to book prior but then again not written anywhere for additional charges, she required an additional 70euro each 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ the room was dusty, including glasses, the noise from the train was horrific all night (even with earplugs) But the worst experience was the owner. She is a ******** ****** ** g. She has terrible communication, unprofessional, pretends not to speak English & purely takes advantage of tourists and guests.. THE OWNER IS A DISGRACEFUL HUMAN AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SO CALLED "BUISNESS"

It’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.

The worst accomodation you can find in Florence.Night with animals. Noise. Dirty. Unfrendly owners. Not recommended, look elsewhere, Go away from the Station, Florence offers a lot better, you will certainly find a better welcome than in this bad place

We stayed for 1 night there. At the beginning the process was quite acceptable until in the morning the day we checked out, I found out that my daughter has some big red spots on her skin! I found some of insects and ants in our bed inside the bed cover! I signaled this issue and even sent them for some pictures of what we have and we found to " someone in the Whatsapp" that seems works for this property and this person only replied me " Sorry for this unconvenience situation but we can't do anything ". Surprise by their reaction while I ended up to Pharmachie with my daughter and bought some medecines for her. This is the worst place to stay during my trip in Italy, dont book your stay here! They dont care about your experiences at all. Finally I need to say " This is really a poor quality of service". Never trust them and find another property in Firenze.

Arrived in Florence from Rimini and went to the hotel direct from the train station. The hotel is little more than a 5 t0 10 minute walk (google map it). Passing a supermarket on the way. Entering the hotel is like entering the Bank of England or Fort Knox's; its all by entering numbers at different locations within the hotel - but it works: just don't loose the numbers. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom although the term 'court yard' is a bit of a miss leading term. The size reminded us as a sort of place you sneaked out to have a smoke in. The room comes with a fridge a must in hot weather and a large tv tucked away in the corner. The hotel is central to most of the sights in Florence and Macdonald's. A good clean hotel in a good location what more do you want. Bon journey PS Don't forget that there's a city tax to pay before you go unless the money has already been taken out from your booking. We paid before we left.

I booked this hotel for my husband's birthday, we was very satisfied, verry good communication, wonderful service and very clean they have an woderfull spa area where you can relax or gym if you don't want to skip the legs day 😅. For us was an wonderful experience .

Florence Luxury Suites had a good location close to Santa Maria Novella station, which was very convenient for us, and just a few meters from the city center. When staying here, it is possible to visit all the attractions of the city on foot. Communication with the host was relatively easy and all the information to enter the building was carried out by whatsaap. We stayed in the Suite which had a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The Suite was very spacious, welcoming, elegant, well decorated and good value for money. It had centralized air conditioning (hot/cold), a safe, a small fridge with 2 complimentary waters and a Smart TV. The bathroom has a hairdryer and toiletries. In the bedroom, we cannot fail to point out the very spacious and comfortable bed. In addition to this, the room also had a kettle and coffee machine and in the wardrobe there was a very warm blanket and a small heater. After checking out, we were able to leave our bags in the building so that we could enjoy our day. In general, everything went well during our stay and we really enjoyed staying at the Florence Luxury Suites. The suite has 2 TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, unfortunately the TV that was in the room did not work, that is, it turned on but did not show any channels or access to Netflix or other functions. In the W.c, the shower base when we take a short shower fills up very quickly with water, we don't know if it was clogged or if it has to do with the fact that the slope of the base is not enough to drain the water, which caused a reasonable amount of water to start coming out onto the floor. Centralized Air Conditioning worked well throughout our stay, nothing to complain about, but it would have been great if we could regulate the temperature.
