Through another platform, I booked the DELUXE SUITE for one night between Saturday and Sunday, at a price that was not cheap at all, let's say three whole figures. I would like to point out that the choice was made easier not only by the location near the train station, but above all by the images presented on the website I used (in the area, there were cheaper options, but more modest than promised). What I found was a mini-apartment that more Deluxe would be called DELAX (for the effect it causes on the guest). The photographs are incorrect and do not show the actual state of what was made available to us. I leave the best comment to the photographs I took during the overnight stay. English: Finding a tangle of gadgets and cables for the web/digital connection on the floor (useless on the TV in the living room, in fact it is clear how it is only used to open the sofa bed), exposed electrical cables, lights that do not turn on, nails and holes in the wall (will the painting in the photo have fallen?), wall lamps and other things that are dangling, terrible decoration with paint stains everywhere between the floor, door jambs, etc.; enough, I'll let the images speak for themselves. Furthermore: non-existent reception, if it were not for the fact that I wanted to pay by debit card, I would have seen none of the managers; also because it is a B&B (not a hotel) almost not signposted, entrance on a narrow and steep flight of stairs (UNSUITABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, other apartments perhaps on the upper floors up to the fourth and all without a lift) attached to a smelly sewer, then you enter through a small door and you understand that you are dealing with a dismembered apartment. The kitchen shown in the photos, in fact, is separate, mediocre, also found closed and therefore is not for guests. No soundproofing, windows therefore that do not protect from the night noise (rude Florentines shouting in the street until 4:30, then two hours of respite and the garbage attacks). In short: a structure whose only attributable star is the one they gave to the name, otherwise it is indecent and disrespectful; even more so calling everything SUITE and then DELUXE, asking for an outlay that is not unjustified, but downright fraudulent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
