Excellent hotel & if we have the luxury of returning to beautiful Florence, we would gladly book here again! Very friendly and accommodating staff with very clean and well-appointed rooms. The breakfast is not only excellent, but a huge bonus and the lounge both inside and outside the breakfast buffet in addition to the beautiful outdoor deck upstairs on the 6th floor with an amazing pool & panoramic view of the city was wonderful to relax and enjoy. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of the city center, market and Duomo. Our family highly recommends the Glance Hotel!

This hotel was located right in the middle of all the action! The staff was awesome, the room was clean and had everything you needed. When I’m back in Florence I will stay at hotel Glance!

位置非常好，近火車站，市中心，中心市場；
酒店乾乾淨淨； 服務非常周到，有問必答，因怕出去逛街而趕不回來退房，特意給前台説了一下，前台服務人員非常善解人意，免費給延長了時間。出門時發現下雨，前台備有雨傘供客人使用， 很是貼心，早餐也很好👍。總之再返佛羅倫薩會再次考慮該酒店。

交通很便利，是個比較現代的酒店，但如果是佛羅倫薩倒是希望一個更古一點的酒店，沒有半點毛病，服務也是超級好，5星，離火車站步行7分鐘，離聖母百花也就五分鐘吧

這是我來意大利旅遊體驗最好的酒店，不管是前台服務，還是酒店設施都讓人很滿意。對於中國遊客來説我認為是定製服務！讓人有歸屬感，同時六樓露台的風景也不錯。在樓頂可以看到佛羅倫薩全貌！早餐也很好！
