location is good, near the train and tram station. The service is polite and good.

Staff are good and helpful

The hotel was very clean and we had no issues with anything. The shower and bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast was also good with plenty of variety. It is just by the station, which was handy and the center and main attractions are within walking distance too. There are some dodgy looking people around the station but that is out of the hotel's hands.

Great convenient location just 5 min walk from Firenze S.M.N station. Hotel is a boutique hotel style with modern decor. Room size was good and clean. Breakfast was simple but still a good enough spread. Would recommend this hotel!

It is literally right next to the main station. The room is small but this is all you need. I would recommend this if you just want to get a clean room to rest.
