The room conditions were unacceptable and far below the standards expected:
• The room was infested with bed bugs.
• The heating system did not work at all.
• The hairdryer was not functioning.
• The showerhead holder was loose and unstable.
• The room was full of dust, showing poor cleaning standards.
• The carpet and bed fabrics were old, dirty, and covered with lint and hair.
This combination of hygiene and maintenance problems made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly believe a refund should be issued for such conditions.

位置相對方便，車站過馬路再拐一個彎就是了，就是入住比較慢，提早到達了但是沒房間沒辦法入住，就出去逛逛，等到了入住時間後回來，但是還需要再等個十分鐘。
早餐整體挺豐富，早餐的工作人員服務也值得點贊，很友好

首先距離佛羅倫薩車站特別近 出站走三五分鐘就到了 門口就有公交車方便出行 步行到附近的中餐一條街也很近 辦理入住也比較快 之前評論區説的身體乳很好 確實很不錯每天給一衹 是意大利不錯的品牌 特意挑選了比較現代的酒店 不喜歡那種復古的老舊燈光 可以住這裏 洗澡需要站到浴缸裏 提前兩天定的 價格1300 包括早餐 並且早餐是整個歐洲行最好吃的（有一些貴的酒店早餐依舊難吃）這裏的更適合中國胃 雖然餐廳不大 但是有一個瘦瘦的捲髮女孩 非常可愛非常熱情 讓人感覺活力滿滿 （如圖酷酷的可愛女孩）她會熱情的和每個人打招呼 早餐有水果 各種茶包咖啡 炒雞蛋七分熟 有一個三角的雞蛋很好吃 前台態度也好 最值得好評的是晚上回去需要刷門卡進入 大門才能開 這樣感覺比較安全 就是空調對着人直吹 感覺特別冷 不提供飲用水

I advise anyone planning to visit Florence to reconsider C Hotels Joy, as it was the worst value during my entire trip in Italy. The service at the front desk was poor; the staff became unfriendly when I rejected upgrading my room. The heating system in our room was ineffective, and I was told it was normal to open the window instead. Cleanliness was unacceptable, with stained bedding, no slippers provided, and a dirty carpet covered in dust. Additionally, the bathtub didn’t drain properly, leaving the entire bathroom wet after a shower.

The train station is only a few minutes walk. When you arrive at the station, go left after exiting and then take some stairs down and the hotel is right across . Friendly staff. One complaint we have is the shower! They need to caulk the bottom shower doors . Our bathroom was flooded with water after we took a shower on our first night. It was pretty unpleasant to use the toilet when the bathroom floor was flooded . We love the location. It’s close to everything
