I was traveling alone in Florence, and unfortunately, on the last day of my planned stay, I sprained my ankle badly on the street. Unsure of what to do, I returned to the hotel to ask for help, at least for some ice to treat the injury. The staff were supportive, even though my stay had ended. Since I was badly hurt and unable to leave Florence, I needed to extend my stay. The staff understood my situation and upgraded my room to a more spacious one, which made it much easier for the doctors to visit me.
The room itself was very clean and modern, which gave me much comfort while I had to rest. However, one minor drawback is that the hotel doesn’t provide room service, so I could only order delivery from nearby restaurants during my stay. As I was unable to walk the entire time, I was very dependent on the staff’s help, and I truly appreciated their efforts despite the limited resources available.

Great place, all the amenities I needed (iron, fridge, kettle), friendly staff, short walk to the city centre, comfy bed, I overslept twice coz of it, highly recommended.

Super convenient location just few mins walk from central station. The hotel staffs are friendly and lucky us, the room is ready when we reached. Check in and out are easy too! Recommended if you are planning to visit Florence. A lovely welcome note and chocolate too.☺️

The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. The double room we booked was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided by the hotel had a wide variety of options with great quality. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience during their travels!

C-Hotel Joy in Florence was a delightful place to stay! The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful design touches that made it feel special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and happy to offer tips for exploring the city. The location is fantastic—just steps from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the Duomo and other attractions. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and great value. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Florence!
