Overall it is good, they provide free luggage storage before check in time, which is very convenient for us. The shared kitchen has microwaves, kettle, and also fridges. The location is very good with walking distance to attractions.

Single room is big for solo it’s actually can fit for 2ppl. Breakfast not included, €8/pax. They’ll clean your room everyday. The only disadvantage is the balcony is shared, shocked me I thought hot thief came in.

I had a wonderful stay for two nights at Plus Florence!
The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and train station, which made exploring the city so easy.
The room was clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations.
A perfect spot to relax after a long day!

I guess im lucky to book this one on florence, the location is just 10 mnts from s.m novella station, very calm at night, clean room & bathroom also they have a bidet is a plus. the one thing important to me is they have swimming pool and sauna cause i came there its so cold. Trust me you spend your money at the right place

I was wrapped when I walked in . Pool was great although crowded. Gym is not a gym - the fitness cross trainer was clunking. No mats or weights. Staff were great. Twenty minute walk from central station
