Everything was neat, the bed was comfortable and the location is great since you can easily reach the city centre and train station without a car. The host was kind and made sure everything was alright. We are very satisfied!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! We booked this hotel over 2 months before we were due to stay. A month before our stay they phoned to say they had a “system error” and the hotel had been overbooked. We could have booked other places at the same price. Now we are going to have to pay over double the price to find another hotel at short notice!

Booked this hotel thinking it was such a good deal, should have known something was off. As soon as I booked I got a confirmation email but the link to the hotel's confirmation website did not work (blank page). This made me a little worried so I contacted Tripadvisor and they told me that the booking was 100% confirmed, however, upon contacting the hotel they were adamant that they do not even work with Tripadvisor. Meanwhile, Tripadvisor insists that the booking was confirmed and I had to deal with the hotel themselves even though they are not affiliated. I'm not sure which side is lying, but if you book here you will not get a room. Don't be left homeless on the day you arrive, find somewhere else to book. By the time I found all this out, hotels near the area had gone from $500 CAD for 4 nights to $1600 CAD for 4 nights.

They canceled on us the day before booking. Not sure if TripAdvisor didn't have proper information and didn't know if we booked, but when asking why or was canceled, they said they never recruited confirmation and they don't work with TripAdvisor.

They didn't give us the code for the entrance door. Nobody greets you. Stairs with 4 flights of stairs going up with suitcases. They don't change towels and they don't clean the room. The payment of the tourist tax was the most expensive of our entire trip. I don't recommend it.
