位置特別好，周邊很多店，距離聖母百花也很近，早餐也比較良心，是個不錯的選擇，我們去火車站也很方便，總之下次還會選擇這個。性價比高。

Hotel muy céntrico, a escasos 3 minutos del Duomo.
Desayuno bastante completo ( dulces típicos, zumos, fruta, mermelada, embutidos, pan, café, etc)
La atención de los trabajadores muy amable y a disposición del cliente.

最差的住房體驗，天花板缺了一塊，馬桶沖水需要按3次才有效果，花灑噴頭是壞的。插座沒有保修過，像三四十年前用到現在一樣，插進去和拔下來都感覺可能把插座拔下來，打開燈會有電流聲。在路邊隔音很差，且通風很差。酒店除了位置比較好以外沒有任何能接受的地方

Emplacement exceptionnel non loin du Duomo et du centre.
Hotel « dans son jus » : chambre et décoration vieillotte, baignoire usée limite sale…
Venu pour courir le marathon, le petit déjeuner exceptionnellement servit à 6h30 (ce qui est tard quand même) n’a pas été servit à l’heure Tous les coureurs ont du se débrouiller pour ne pas courir le ventre vide.

Room humid and smells moistless. Air conditioning so noisy in the little ! Photo are not the reality on the web site, it is a false publication !! Awful experience, this is the worst room I got in Firenze, soundproofing is pour..... Never again

The staff is so pleasant especially Gaia who was one of the clerk for our days there. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and the breakfast was very good as well.
