房間很大很乾凈位置好出行方便早餐不好吃但隔音太差，完全不隔音像睡在馬路上馬路又是整晚整天的喧鬧，路人的講話聲都很清楚。住宿第二晚半夜有通下水道的車子，機器轟鳴聲，街上下水道的臭味房間都能聞到，直接吵醒薰醒。檢查了一遍窗都是緊閉的。那就是窗衹有一層玻璃並且太薄了！

The best location to stay Our trip to Firenze was made more satisfying thanks to the help of the staff. We will be back! This is a find. Perfectly located this hotel offers alot for the price- great concierge assistance, the front desk could not have been more helpful, morning breakfast was well done (pressed cloth napkins, fresh squeezed orange juice), the room itself was spacious, living area and separate bedroom, great closet, the bathroom beautifully appointed, contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was really great stay. Both location right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge as well as quiet. The staff was so special as they helped us with a personal touch. Room was amazing with the suite. Will definitely stay here again.
