Most central location. You can go back to take a rest or toilet break after walking or shopping in Florence. Service is excellent. Only issue is that the room is small but nicely decorated.

My second stay is even better than the first one! Wonderful suite, great location but what makes this place special is the staff! They are super efficient and they do everything with a smile, I really feel like a royalty! cannot immagine anything better than this

Irene restaurant and Hotel Savoy is great! I was shopping around and looking for a place to grab a quick spritz and bite and this was perfect! Vibe is so good with aesthetic outdoor seating. Giancarlo was top tier with service - so attentive! Highly recommend

The quality of service was first-rate. Before arriving, the Concierge responded to our requests promptly for restaurant bookings. The entire crew of Irene restaurant was friendly and very attentive to our requests. And possibly the best dish of our 8-day trip in Tuscany and Florence has to be the Lobster Papadelle at Irene Restaurant.

I will NEVER forget, and likely NEVER again receive the type of exquisite service which was extended to me and my girlfriend at Hotel Savoy (unless I have the privilege of returning there in the future). They predicted my every need in advance and were ALL simply amazing. I was anticipating proposing to my girlfriend while at an event in Florence. However, things didn't go as I had originally planned and I asked Niels, Manager to assist. The entire stat he was outstanding, and made our room magical for the special occasion. It was a real treat to stay here! The accommodations were magnificent, the hotel breakfasts were divine - a waitress named Gemma for example made dining so pleasurable. We had saved quite dime time for a luxurious European experience and every team member made sure that came to fruition and beyond. This stay far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Hotel Savoy to anyone looking to lock in a great, relaxing atmosphere, so your Florence experience is the best! You might spend a few bucks more but there is no comparison to a budget hotel when you receive FAR more value and enjoyable memories through this magical place!

A most beloved hotel that will certainly have me coming back to Florence. The room was superb! Large, clean, every amenity that you would desire. Staff were very accommodating and boosts an amazing roof top view! Central to all of Florence! Loved it !

The rooms are very small, and while decently appointed, seemed to be worth about half what the hotel charges. We were interrupted by knocks at the door a few times, and one staff entry after already in bed with a 'Do Not Disturb' sign displayed. Staff was friendly but over-trained in recommending their own mediocre dining facilities and sister-properties. We got a lot of 'You should try' recommendations directed at their own facilities, which we found to be not worth the self-hype. But mostly, the cost for overall value was way off.
