Hotel Bonifacio Reviews

Our room was located near the stairs and we were woken up by people passing by at night and in the morning. The towels provided by the hotel had some unknown and disgusting items on them, I attached the pictures. Other than that, everything was good.

THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

The room is clean and adequate. The air conditioning fortunately works well. The breakfast is adequate but short on variety. It is what you book. I was not disappointed nor pleasantly surprised. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Duomo and about three minutes from a bus stop. The area is quiet.

Excellent hotel! Very easy to access from the main street and is in a very safe area, very large rooms and spaces. Not to mention the shower, which was the best! Very hot water with pressure! I loved it, I recommend it

Very good. The same room is more expensive on BOOKING. Ctrip is still strong, but the advantage of BOOKING is that it has more choices. I hope Ctrip will get better and better.

The hotel was also very good for the price, and I was satisfied with the breakfast, and above all, the service and kindness of the staff was so good. If I go back to Florence, I think I'll stay at this hotel!

The swimming pool is too noise people are shouting splashing water no safety ither and jumping in the water without any respect for the other guests and the houses surrounding the pool yes ! While your try to sunbathing with earplugs you have all the Italian staring behind the curtains of their flats ,better go camping than this belive me

Conveniently located about 10mn walk from the city Center and close to the train station, it has a laundry closeby. The breakfast is really nice, staff is very helpful. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower could have done with a deep clean, but overall we had a pleasant stay!
